Very happy with the service provided by Smart Energy. We recently purchased a battery after representatives reviewed our current system and electricity accounts. The purchase process was very easy. We received regular communications up to install date. Install was great, the installer answered all questions and explained the system to us well. Left a clean worksite. Already seeing great $$ results with our battery.

Smart Energy installation went very well, the team were friendly and kept us updated throughout the process of installation of the panels and the battery.
We had our 10Kw Alpha ess battery installed on Tuesday by 3 very professional young men. They took 6 hours of non-stop work to install it and do the necessary computer hookups etc. We were very impressed with the work and have had 2 days where the battery was full and we had about 28 kw still available when we went to bed. We are awaiting our next bill in early April which I hope will be NIL. Bob & Daff Charman.
A couple of months ago I got my Solar Power installed by Smart Energy, very ably supported by their advisor Harry. Just got my first electricity bill (only 2 months after installation). ZERO to pay!

Harry the salesman knew his stuff and advised me on the right system to get (I had done my research too). Doing the 'contract' was simple and easy to understand. The installers came and overcame a few problems and left the site neat and tidy and everything functioning in one day. Great after install service and followup to make sure all was working properly and I was satisfied. Great app. to monitor the batteries - haven't used a Kwh of power from the grid since day one of install.

Leeroy was our first contact about having solar installed. Right from our first conversation Leeroy explained everything professionally and in a way that was easy to understand. When we thought of questions to ask after Leeroy had left, we would ring and he would call us back asap. Nothing was too much trouble. Once we signed up the installation was done done to a high standard. All Tradespeople that were in attendance were polite, happy and tidied up well when they had completed the installation. When choosing a solar energy company Mark said they took pride in quality product and reliable back up service. Mark delivered exactly that. He explained everything simply and no questions were left unanswered. Any concerns I had between the final process of install were answered promptly and dealt with. Mark made the process so easy. Installers were fantastic , minimal interruption to power during install and left neat and tidy. I couldn’t be happier. Great job.

At a very timely moment, when I had just received a very large electricity bill, a knock came on the door. It was Jordan Anning. He was verry polite, articulate, and helpful. He even came back again on my request to check on more info regarding batteries. All in all, I think he is a great member of your team.

Great experience with Smart Energy so far. John who gave the initial introduction at the front door was friendly, polite, courteous and not pushy at all. Will the salesperson who we had an appointment with several days later, was very likeable and informative. He explained the options for our situation very well and what he thought would be the most suitable for our house and level of electricity consumption. Will showed the specs and brands of the panels, inverters and battery which would be used. These are all top quality and state of the art brands. Will has kept in touch every step of the way since. The system was installed on the agreed date several weeks later without any problems, and looks great on the house. Mathew the installer and his team did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards. At this stage we are waiting for AGL to install a smart meter so the system can be fully connected.

I highly recommend Jackson & the smart energy team. From our first enquiry call with Jackson to the installation of our panels was easy & faultless. We were taken through each step of the process by emails & calls. Our panels have been installed for less than a week & we have already had emails checking in . Jackson was happy to answer all of our questions & I would be happy to recommend him to other people thinking of using smart energy
Julia was very friendly and knowledgable about the product. She patiently explained the process and the costings(except that there was a possibility of needing optimisers due to shade) and we had no issue going ahead with her company.

I had a great experience with Smart Energy. The consultant Harry was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk us through the best option for our family and situation. Harry went through our bills with us and explained things clearly. He was very friendly and culturally respectful. The young man (AJ) who helped book us an appointment with the specialist was also friendly and respectful and explained the process well.

They are very polite and professional. I helped my mum get a solar battery from them, and since then, she hasn’t been stressed about bills. We’ve had a lot of quotes, and they were the only ones that could meet my mum’s needs. They’re not like other companies; they’re actually there to help instead of just slapping on any solar products to make a profit. I would highly recommend Smart Energy!

Had a really old system that clearly wasn’t working properly anymore, my bills were still really high and they gave me and my family an amazing deal. The specialist had great energy and the whole experience was pleasant for everyone!! We can’t wait for the system to be installed and for our prices to go down!! Definitely 5 stars
