I paid $400/mth before I purchased Solar Battery , now I pay $0 thanks to Smart Energy's Harry & An excellent advice , I also then purchased Hot Water Heat Pump to my gas bill , thank you guys
These solar panels are top-notch. From the first consultation to the final installation, everything went smoothly. My roof looks great, and I’m already seeing a noticeable drop in my electricity costs. Couldn’t be happier with the results!
Absolutely blown away by the quality of the solar battery! My power bills have dropped significantly, and I love knowing I have backup power if there’s ever an outage. Very happy with the professionalism of the team from first consultation to installation and with the service and consultations since. We had a 10kw battery installed and it has been full every night. Everything is working just as advised.

Charlie was patient, kind and knowledgeable. We went back and forth for a while before we decided to get a battery installed and we never felt pressured to buy. Charlie answered all our questions and we are very happy with the whole process.

A well-organised and quality product.
We had long wanted to install rooftop solar power, but were wary of cheap deals using seccond rate panels. The representative from Smart Energy gave us all the information we needed in a non-pushy way, and convinced us that this is a quality, well-supported product. All phases of the process were clearly explained, and it was clear that all the staff involved were highly competent. Even allowing for delays to installation caused by windy weather, the whole process took only a matter of weeks. Our power costs have fallen to a little over a dollar a day, and the supply has been very reliable. Overall, we've found Smart Energy good to deal with, from sales to installation, and follow-up service too.
From first contact to installation of my Solar Battery everyone I have dealt with has been professional, courteous and very helpful. I recommend talking to Smart Energy for your solar needs.
Frequent communication / informative emails and attached guides and hyperlinks / onsite technical support when required (without prompting from myself) which is reassuring as it provides personalised updates and smartenergy support / app on the mobile displays all metrics which is pretty cool / costly yet worth every dollar as there will be no more energy bills nor need to go online and compare provider prices.....how do you put a price on peace of mind

The Best Clayton's Sale ever - Buying without feeling like you're being sold to!
Firstly I'd like to give a shout out to the Door knocking appointment setter Rahim. I was not at home when he was doing his rounds, but he saw me arrive home & came back to introduce himself & chat with me about Solar. He saw we already had panels & asked if we had a battery. I advised no, that we were suggested to wait a few years before buying a battery, so Rahim asked if were interested in being contacted about purchasing a battery. Obviously I said yes. I think it was a week or so later we had the hilarious pleasure of meeting Harry - Prince Harry as he would jokingly say. We had sooo many laughs, learnt more about wholesale power in that night than I thought I'd ever understand & it was definitely a No Brainer to say Yes to purchasing a Solar Battery. It's been 3.5 days & whilst I'm yet to learn how to read the pictures below, I can see the battery is working well, even in the storms we have had this past week here in Ipswich QLD.

The team at smart energy were amazing , from starting our process we’ve been well informed every step of the way. The installation team were fast clean and did a great job fitting our extra panels and battery. Our new solar battery is really cool and the apps allow us to fully understand how and when we use our electricity and can now tailor our power usage to create zero bills .

I am very happy with all parts of the service provision. Every person has been extremely knowledgeable of the product and its benefits. This process has been extremely simple for me the customer and very fast to get to the outcome - working solar panels on my roof. They provided me with all the information and answered all my questions thoroughly. The app is simple and easy to use. They are very much entitled to the 5 star rating.

Arranged appointment with Salesman Hayden who new what he was talking about. I didn't have to wait for answers he new what he was talking about, thanks Hayden. Then the installers qualified solar electricians set back with weather but still got the job done, mine and others in a week rain everyday totally understandable still a very professional job with all solar accreditations finalised and documented. I installed the app got it working and wow very impressed with the finished product. Works better than expected and easily understandable in the app which doesn't leave out any information. Our Solar was installed just 3 days ago and it’s been very cloudy and raining ever since. Therefore, we could not see any benefit so far. Hopefully, in the next week or so we will see more sunshine. We are happy with the way the installation went the team of 4 tradies were very professional and they seem to know what they’re doing. Corey, the electrician, was so helpful and patient about explaining to us how the system works. He even helped me with the apps and how to go about it. Julia, the sales rep and assessor was also very professional and explained to us how it will save us money in the future for our energy bill. So far, we are fully aware that it will probably take us 6-7 years to recoup the money we spent on the system. We hope we are still here to see this happens.

The entire process has been fantastic from our first meeting with Adam who was delightful, professional and knowledgeable. He patiently modified his information package around our questions, needs and past experiences to help us understand your product and process from beginning to end. The tradies were fantastic. They were efficient and worked professionally. They were very kind and offered to help us set up the app even though I have no internet on site. They were clean, tidy and super friendly. We can’t rate the product as it is yet to be installed. Nevertheless, we felt compelled to make comment about the very professional sales consultant for Smart Energy. The fellow’s name was James Grant. It was a refreshing change to have someone who was able to answer all of our questions in a simple manner. He was an engineer and not the typical salesman. There was no set presentation. It was all about what we needed to know. There was no ‘hard sell’. James was very polite and punctual.
My solar panels were installed quite efficiently by the Smart Energy team and completed on the 1st of April. It has only today, 7th July, been connected to the grid. That took 3 months and 5 days for the new meter to be installed, by Tasmania's Aurora energy!! Very stressfull. They came 3 weeks ago and complained that my meter box was dirty with asbestos drillings and told me to get back to Smart Energy and get them to clean it up. They refused to come so I ended up cleaning it. Not a big deal really. So back on the waiting list but only had to wait a week this time.
Easy process , everything well explained and good follow up calls. Installers were polite, prompt and left everything tidy

A seamless process from start to finish. The Smart Solar team were on the boil from the word go and allayed any concerns we had about connecting too solar. They even upgraded our panels at no charge when the original ones were out of stock on the morning the installation was to be done. The installation team were friendly, professional and efficient. I am happy we chose Smart Energy as our solar supplier.
I am thankful I got this opportunity, the installing was easy and the battery has been great for my electricity bills.

I wasn't around for the install but my mother was and she had nothing but great things to say about the team that done the install. Alannah the rep that came round and gave me the talk and opportunity was so friendly, helpful and amazing. The assessor for the installation came round and gave me 100% full bill of health and all was working. The guys have always checked in on me and any issue I'd been to lazy to ring and ask about I'd tell them and they were all over it straight away make note the issues I had were from weather and general wear and tear nothing to do with the guys that done the work. From my experience highly recommend them

Highly recommend Smart Energy, every person I’ve spoken to his highly knowledgeable, friendly and take the time so explain the whole process start to finish. The installation was completed in a timely manner and workers were professional clean and even took the time to show us how to use the app and ran us through the whole system till they were happy we understood. I have had nothing but trouble with my system and this company has very poor customer service. I have paid a lot of money for the solar panels and the battery and my electricity still keeps drawing from the grid not the battery. I have requested this to be fixed on numerous occasions but Smart Energy has not fixed the problem. One very expensive and unrewarding experience.
After feeling somewhat relieved thinking my issues with my battery were going to be resolved, they haven't. I have waited now 6 weeks for my battery to be fixed and my next step will be to go to the Ombudsman as we feel we just want this resolved. I'm at the point where I'd rather they just uninstalled it and gave us our money back.
