This location was amazing. I came in for a BOPIS pick up and asked for a manager due to my horrible experience with customer service. She was attentive and asked if she could be of any help and I explained my dissatisfaction with their online/over the phone customer service as the agent helping me out raised her voice at me when voicing my own concerns- which was highly inappropriate. Not to mention the customer service agent OTP kept cutting me off when explaining the situation and did not provide any resolutions or apologies for her behaviour. The manager - I never got her name, but she was the first to greet me at this location was very helpful and understanding - urging me to email Customer Service so other clients will not have the experience I had. She personally helped me pick up my order and locate it when she was unable to find it in the back! (I had called earlier to put it aside for BOPIS since I was travelling from 2 hours away). This purchase wasn’t even meant for me, but a client of mine that will be leaving for Europe today and this store made sure i’d be able to deliver it to her before her flight today! Everyone in-store was so friendly and attentive to each client. I hope this location receives more recognition for their great customer service.

Sales person Maria was very helpful, educated me about how to care and how I can use the shoes (which to my surprise I bought shoes that I can use for walking and running and I had no idea). I was happy with customer service. She even told me how to adjust shoe laces in case I needed them to be tighter etc.

I came into this store on Saturday and tried on few pairs of shoes. I had found 4 pairs that i really liked but couldnt buy all four☺️Tavleen the assistant manager was very patient and kind. This is one of my favourite shoe stores!

I recently purchased a pair of boots from Browns. Within 3 weeks they developed a tear at a seam. I was dreading trying to return them. The customer support staff, the store manager at the Sherway location and the staff at Vaughan Mills all did an outstanding job of helping me find a replacement and taking the defective boots back. What could have been a painful experience ended up creating long term customer loyalty. Great job and thank you!

Absolutely wonderful experience this Tuesday. Walked through the whole mall and realized that my current shoes were absolutely killing my feet. Walked into Browns and a lady (I was told her name was Yogi? Sorry if I'm mispelling) met me at the front. I told her my issues with finding shoes and she made the perfect recommendation. I saw some bad reviews about selling the shoe care products, but it didn’t bother us. Came into the store yesterday (March 17), was super disappointed because I bought Michael Kors shoes at Browns last year in march and after a year, the leather of the shoes started coming off and peeling and the shoes looked completely worn out overall even though I didn't wear them that many times and only wear them inside at work. Walked into the store & spoke with the manager who told me to go to B2 to get my size which was supposedly in stock there. I was finally able to get the shoes replaced and get a brand new pair of the same shoes from Browns because they ended up having the size I needed there. Thank you to those 2 managers at Browns and B2 shoes. I appreciate the good customer service.

I have shopped at Brown’s Shoes for a very long time and never had an issue. Bought a pair of shoes in December that had an issue with nails in the sole of the shoe protruding. After a brief discussion with the manager he quickly replaced the shoes even though I had worn them for a month. He clearly could have given me a hard time because of the wear but instead he chose to give fantastic customer service. I I’ve and beyond my expectations! Thank you. Customer for life.
