I had an excellent experience with doctor Elchanan Tzur for my alopecia treatment. From the very first visit, he took the time to really listen to my concerns and understand how distressing hair loss can be. I've been going to his office for almost a year now and you should see the difference in my hair. I am so grateful he didn't not give up, he was patient with me.

Even though I have very severe acne scarring and a slight speech problem, the staff was still kind to me and Dr. Tzur had professional bedside manners towards me as well. I would love to come back here for sure in 2 months!

I was nervous for this appointment as I didn’t know what to expect. I was made to feel comfortable and the appointment itself was quick and painless. It was explained what was happening or why something was being biopsied (and I was numb that I didn’t feel a thing)

There is no wait time. If you come sharp at the time of scheduled appointment. Automatic reminders were helpful. Dr Denis Porte did a full body checkup very quickly and provided a professional advice and a prescription was sent out to my pharmacy automatically. Would definitely recommend.

The whole staff at the voorhies office are great. Everyone so friendly. I could not get a better doctor for my needs and im so happy i found Veronika Vays googling my issue. You will not go wrong picking this place for all ypur skin concerns. They have a messaging system that you can message and they are very prompt at responding. There is no bad things i can say about Veronika or this office. I appreciate there hard work and care they have for me and my skin issue. I am very happy with the treatment I’ve received at this location and from the provider, Veronika Vays. She is extremely compassionate and takes the time to talk to me about my issues aa well as making sure I am communicating with my other doctors about my medications. I’ve never waited long to be taken into an exam room and once I’m in an exam room, I’m only waiting a few minutes to see the provider, maybe 10 minutes most. I never feel rushed. I think the facility is clean and I am happy with the treatment I’ve been receiving. The only downside is the location. It’s actually in a very good location, but because it’s a block away from Sheepshead Bay Rd. during rush-hour it’s an absolute nightmare to get there with traffic. So I would give yourself plenty of time for appts that take place during rush hour.

3/2024 Update: Provider Vays was amazing. I am little anxious about needles (there for a mole removal) and it was nearly painless. Quick and she was kind, gentle, respectful of my comfort (i.e. uncovering skin/body parts). She quickly and clearly addressed each of my concerns and provided me with follow-up instructions and recommended medications/cream for prevention too. My only less than 5-star comment would be that compared to a year+ ago some of the interior of the office was a little worn/dirty looking. I'm not sure if it was actually dirty or just marked up, but that doesn't give a super clean vibe, which I do think is very important for any medical space (esp when you have a procedure). Otherwise a stellar visit! And front desk was helpful (though not very talkative) and efficient. -- Very pleased with my experience here. Clean, easy to book appointments (Zoc Doc), central office is easy to contact and follow-up. The PA "on duty" is very friendly & knowledgeable. (Apparently the MD who was at this location had moved.) I had a biopsy from my scalp, it was quick & healed nicely. The lab took over two weeks to get back (but that wasn't to do with the Derma). But the Derma made his educated guess & ultimately the meds he prescribed helped with my symptoms with in 3days and resolved completely in 2weeks. The nurses are thorough & ask questions and take photos of any concern areas. I even asked the PA to take a quick look at a new beauty mark on my arm. The PA wasn't concerned, but the nurse took a photo and took notes just in case. I also brought my 4year old and they were quick & efficient. Not a long wait time.

There is no wait time. If you come sharp at the time of scheduled appointment. Automatic reminders were helpful. Dr Denis Porte did a full body checkup very quickly and provided a professional advice and a prescription was sent out to my pharmacy automatically. Would definitely recommend.
