I visited the Schweiger Dermatology Group location on Yonkers Avenue for an appointment, and have to say the staff is wonderful! I noticed a bump near my nose where I previously had a skin cancer lesion removed, and panicked when I saw a bump near the same area on my nose. I was greeted with warmth, and welcomed with a smile and showed friendliness. I think customer service is extremely important when interacting with the public, and the two ladies get a 10 all across the board. I also want to mention Kelsey ( I think I spelled her name wrong) and the other lady who I completely forgot her name, treated me with friendliness, and a smile . Kelsey and the other lady listened to my issue with my concern, and put me at ease by sharing her knowledge and expertise of the issue I had. I felt that she is knowledgeable and I was satisfied with her examination and outcome.

I highly recommend this place for all of your filler needs. I was lucky enough to have Mitzy as my technician. She was very sweet and took her time to explain to me what procedure was being done as well as the side affects it might possibly have. I received lip fillers and cheek fillers. I have to say my first time doing these procedures and on a pain level from 1-10 it was a 1. She definitely took great care of me and can’t wait to be back in 2 weeks for some more filler!

I consulted with PA Rosenhan and she was highly skilled and knowledgeable with respect to my complaints and was able to recommend the BEST products for my skin based on what she knows about my skin type. She was very passionate about finding products and a cure that worked for me and she sure did! I now ONLY use the products PA Rosenhan suggested. My prescriptions are called in stat and the specialty pharmacy PA Rosenhan sends my prescriptions to is SO easy to work with and so accommodating. They even call me before my refill is needed. All in all 11/10!!!

The doctor was young, intelligent, and willing to answer questions. The office was clean & the professional community response to COVID19 precautions was evident. The appointment availability was very flexible to suit a working mom & active child. Dr Rosenhan was very thorough and explanatory, yet zoned in to make sure my 12 year old daughter understood her treatment and was acceptant. In addition to the prescription, we were given a generous amount of samples to start treatment immediately.The treatment plan was effective & my daughter has improved remarkably in 2 weeks. ASSESSMENT SKILLS of Dr M Rosenhan are superior. Thank you very much. 😊
