Though I'm not very happy with the connection and communication between the offices (well lack there of!), I am EXTREMELY happy with Lindsey Axt, PA-C. She was completely honest with her answers to all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and super personable. I would give her 100 stars! I would recommend Lindsey to anyone who is looking for laser or derma treatments.

They're quick, efficient, and clean. My only issue is how rushed the doctor is. I understand they have many patients but you still have appointments blocked out for each patient, you should give them the time alloted. She spoke so quickly and rushed through the exam. I kept having to ask her to repeat things because she was moving so quickly and rushing. Your suppose to care for your patients and the exams feel like they're squeezing in a many ppl as they can for the money. They just want to get you in and out. If the patient has questions you should take the time to explain the answers. Everyone else from the nurses, the receptionists, and phone agents were patient, kind, and very helpful and informative. I would gladly give this establishment 5 stars if it weren't for the doctor we saw.

This practice has several locations, this one happens to be in West Orange, New Jersey. It's the Schweiger Dermatology Group, formerly known just as The Dermatology Group of which I was a patient. The staff here is truly wonderful. On this visit I saw Meera Pradeep and I found her to be thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable. When I entered I was worried, however, after my appointment I felt more reassured. Hopefully, I'll have great news soon!!!

If i could give Meera Pradeep a million star review I would after being seen at two hospitals and being brushed off with one look she knew what needed to be done and with out hesitation prepped me for the procedure. Not kidding when I say she potentially saved my life from not one but 2 different infections which 2 separate hospitals sent me away as it will pass. Meera Pradeep will be my doctor in her field for as long as she practices medicine.

After only one visit, I highly recommend Dr. Lindsey Axt, she explained everything thoroughly and she genuinely cares about her patients wellbeing. Her staff was also great being kind & courteous. A few days prior to our office visit with Dr. Axt, I had taken my daughter to the ER at Englewood Hospital (my daughter’s left breast was red, swollen & had a hard lump) the ER did nothing to help my daughter, NO tests were preformed, only prescribing an antibiotic & referring her to their breast center. Dr. Axt after seeing my daughter’s condition sent her immediately to Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, even writing a letter to the ER doctor in order to help my daughter get the necessary tests and treatment she desperately needed. I am truly grateful to have found Dr. Axt, she is the best!

There were a couple of posters in the waiting room for cosmetic procedures but in the exam room there were no videos or brochures about "fixing" parts of the body and I didn't feel judged for my weight or wrinkles during my exam. My daughter has acne and I have hyper-pignmentation due to hair growth. The Derm group provided treatment options that were cost accessible and that we observed immediately worked for both of us. I am especially grateful for the results with my daughter. She is only 18, very beautiful and teenage acne was effecting her. Save your self time by scheduling your visit and filling out the forms online. There was a lot of people in the waiting room but I think they were walk ins because when I was done I noticed all the same people were still waiting. I got there 10 minutes before my scheduled visit and by accident didn’t complete the forms all the way though. The receptionist let me know nicely and helped me out. 4 minutes later I was done and then they called me in to go to the examination room. The receptionist was really nice and spoke in a calm and appropriate tone to me. I only had to wait about 5 minutes to see the doctor once I was in the room. I saw Dr. Alias. He was great. He was very thorough and asked me several questions and after he would make a comment ask me if I understood what he meant and if I had any questions (I was there for freckle checks and I had something on my neck.) He made sure I felt comfortable. The thing on my neck turned out to be a wart (ick!). So he had this freeze gun which looked like something you would caulk a window with. He sprayed in on my arm to I could feel it. I thought this was a great idea because it was really cold and maybe I would’ve been apprehensive if he just went right to my neck. I was in and out within 8 minutes tops. I would highly recommend this place and especially the doctor who was great and understanding.

MEERA PRADEEP saved my face . First off, once you enter you are welcomed pleasantly by the front desk and if you call over the phone with questions they always help and call you back to check up on you. I LOVE this location. Its beautiful and super clean. Meera helped me with my really bad breakout on my face. Right off she knew what I needed and for how long, I cant thank her enough. She gave me my confidence back that I lost years ago due to Acne. If you come to this location for acne make sure you ask for Meer! Shes lovely , thank you dermatology group! Continue being great

It's very easy to complain. A lot of reviews do. This is America.You should be thankful you can be cured..doctors have to deal with insurance and in order to get paid a fraction they take on as many patients as they can. It's not easy and they deserve to be paid well. I always make the first appointment of the day. the DG has 6 am slots. we went in right away. Dr Grossier did surgery on my boyfriend's face to remove cancer growths and did a miraculous job stitching him up. He has no real visible scars. 5 stars for me!
