When I walked into this doctor’s office, I felt like I was walking into a psych asylum—only thing missing the padding on the walls. The waiting room was extremely uncomfortable and unsettling. Sitting there waiting for your turn felt stressful rather than calming. The lighting is painfully bright; you practically need sunglasses. If you are light-sensitive, beware, because this environment is not accommodating at all. On a positive note, PA Fermano and Ally were fantastic. They truly listened to my needs and concerns, never rushed the visit, and there was no pressure or “selling” involved. Scheduling and returning for a follow-up with them was easy and seamless. The quality of care from PA Fermano and Ally was excellent, but the asylum-like waiting room—missing only padding on the walls—was by far the worst part of my experience.

If I could give Tincy Oommen more than 5 stars, I would — possibly a whole constellation. Every time I walk in for a screening, I somehow leave feeling like I just had a chat with the most brilliant, kind, and stylish genius in the room (which, spoiler alert: I did). She’s sharp as a tack, and somehow remembers my face and history as well as I do. Honestly, if she ran for office, I’d probably vote for her — that’s how much I trust her judgment.

It was my first time there in Wayne! The Doctor and her assistants were so nice! She put dry ice on my hands, face and arm. She took a Biopsy on one of my neck! It was Cancer and on Moday Dr Abate took it out! 4 stiches under the skin 12 on the outside! I highly will recomened them to family & friends!

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years now and have seen three PAs in my time - I had always felt like I was quickly looked for five minutes and dismissed until my provider became Tincy Oommen. I finally get the warm and fuzzy feeling I look for in a provider from her and she takes her time to go through my regimen and look at my skin thoroughly. Najma was great as well! I’d recommend them 100%!

I've now been going to Schweiger for over a year. Tincy OOmmen has been my doctor, in Wayne. She has been very careful about looking at my entire body. We've found two small squamous carcinomas which have been removed, She's also done work at evening out my skin. I recommend her and Schweiger.

I’m just thrilled with Dr. Chima as I was with her associate. Her office staff is continually kind and very thorough. Turns out I was able to have a couple of spots frozen off as opposed to cut out.
