I had a procedure done by Kristen. She and her staff were very friendly and professional. Kristen explained the procedure beforehand and throughout the process while being sure that I was not feeling pain. I would highly recommend the Derm Group(and already have)

Arrived about 10 minutes before appointment. Check in was smooth. Waited about 20 mins for call to the back. Pleasant attendant for the initial questions. PA examined me without rush. We had a nice conversation during exam. Check out a breeze.

Recovery time was very quick and uneventful with a minimum of care. Should you need to see a Dermatologist, this should be the first and last place you'll look to for excellent care. I liked that it was suggested to make an appt in a month for a check up if I need it as your calendar fills up fast. Said I could always cancel if I didn’t need it. Also like the system that lets you know if there is a cancellation and you may be able to come in earlier. That works really well. I will add that the receptionist is not friendly at all. She seems bothered by patients and was dismissive. I am sure you can do better.

Dr. Luzzi did the procedure on my cheek without pain and sent my prescriptions for scalp problem on line to pharmacy. She even gave me some free samples. My healing is in progress. **UPDATE February 2022** The office is apparently under new management and I had a good experience at my recent visit. The physician who saw me was very knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner and did a great job. Original review: The practitioners are all fine but the front desk has screwed up almost every single appointment I've ever made with them. More than once I took time off work to get to an appointment only to find out that they scheduled me with the wrong person or some other issue. My boys have been scheduled since November for an appointment today and when I realized that I didn't get a confirmation call, I called them to confirm. They told me that they were supposed to be there last week! Of course, there had been no confirmation call for that supposed appointment either. Now I had to reschedule for another month out. I'd like to stay with them but scheduling is always such a headache that I think I need to find a new practice.

I’ve never written a review before, but I feel like I have to for this one. I’ve been going here since March 2021 to see Dr. Kristen Luzzi. I’ve went to many dermatologist before but have never met anyone like her. She’s very throughout and patient. She knows exactly what she’s doing and is always prepared for your arrival. She saved my acne when no other dermatologist could. I’m currently going on accutane and she made the whole process of signing up for this medicine easy, understandable, and stress free. I would not trust anyone with my skin as much as I trust her. She will listen to all of your questions and concerns with no interruption. She’s always kind and put together no matter the circumstance. If you have any skin concerns trust me go to her.

Dr Bagley is an awesome and a very smart doctor. He takes his time during exam and he explains everything in details. I saw him twice for two different conditions and I will go and see him every time I want to see a dermatologist. The only thing I didn’t like about the office is the wait time. I had to wait 50 minutes before I saw him. I wish they could enhance the scheduling system.

As I approached the receptionist, I was greeted with a smile and addressed by my name which led me to believe that the office was very organized in having a great idea who is in front of them based on timely scheduling. As I took a seat in the seating area, I noticed the chairs were labeled in order to distance one patient from the other. This really impressed me because it let me know that the staff was concerned about us. I hadn't been sitting for very long before a very professional nurse called my name. Now, this was too good to be true I thought to myself. She said, "follow me and as we walked she explained what her role was." As she left, she very kindly said, " Dr. Christin will be seeing you today. I loved the professionalism. Moments later, Dr. Christin walks in introduces herself and asks why I was there today. I begin to explain why and a heaviness left me as she explained and directed me to an illustration on the wall, that further clarified my situation would call for a minor procedure that will not even cause me to lose time from work. Needless to say, I left the office with a huge smile after setting a date for the procedure with another kind and professional receptionist. What A Great Day At DERM !!! Thank you, Marilyn Ali

Kristin Luzzi is an angel on earth 😭 been dealing with psoriasis for at least seven years and I’ve never actually been prescribed some thing and I’ve only been to a dermatologist once prior who couldn’t see the issue at the time so wasn’t able to help me. Those who deal with psoriasis know it can fluctuate back-and-forth. The doctor really took her time to understand my issues and offered treatments that have totally relieved all of my symptoms. I was suffering from a lot of scaling on my scalp which was embarrassing because I have black hair so it’s very noticeable and it had begun to spread to my eyebrows the bridge of my nose and a part of my cheek. I can’t thank her enough for changing my life!!!

As an African American, I have heard of horror stories regarding laser services that left them bruised and permanently scarred. My experience was not painful and the results were outstanding. I've dealt with sun damage to my face for years and finally decided to do something about it. I had a laser treatment for the sun damage and hair removal above my lip. It was a fairly painless procedure for both. My return 2 months later showed marked improvement. I'm now using a Vit C serum and tretinoin cream to further lighten the areas. The office personnel and staff were wonderful, Ms Liuzzi was very supportive and friendly and I look forward to continuing with followup appointments when needed. I highly recommend this practice.

I can only review them for cosmetic work as that’s the only experience I have had with them. I was referred to Dr. Sciales by a friend of mine. I made my appointment with weeks advanced as he is always booked. Have been there now 3 times on different months. Each time is pleasant. I see all the bad reviews about staff. I can only tell they are not the chit-chat type of people but I wouldn’t judge them as rude either. They are only focus on computer work and the times I have been there my appointment was processed timely. The office has never been crowded and no waiting time for me. I have to say, Dr. Sciales is a professional in his field as far as cosmetic work. I made the huge mistake of trying a different office just for the convenience of time and what a mistake!! I was able to compare his expertise and I can tell you he is excellent. Highly recommend him. Again, I had no bad experience with any of the office staff but I’m not there to chat with them either. If you are looking for cosmetic work, then you should definitely try Dr. Sciales.

I’ve seen a couple dcotors here including Dr Sciales and Dr Bagley. I most often see Dr Sciales though they are both great. I’ve been treated for acne as a teen with success and More recently hair/scalp issues. Despite busy schedules, I’ve called and been able to be seen the day of or next day for office visits and immediately when I had shingles. The office is comfy with WiFi and the doctors are thorough and knowledgeable. I’ve referred family and friends. Dr Sciales is particularly experienced in safe laser hair removal for African Americans! For years I’ve felt comfortable and reassured here!
