Cannot recommend Catalina Dailey enough. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. My lip filler turned out perfectly and it was completely pain free from the numbing cream she uses. The nurse Renee was also extremely friendly and personable. The pricing was also extremely competitive for a cosmetic procedure. I rebooked with Catalina before leaving because I was so happy. Thank you to Catalina, Renee and the entire team!

On time. Creams given me started to work in 3 days. Instruction for how to use the creams were not on the box. 5 pm came and I figured Allison wasn't going to return my call. She called me about 6:15.

The staff is always professional and knowledgable in their field. I am personally not a fan of the new Vestal location which is more commercial like space, sterile looking and lacks that comforting space that the Endwell location offers( more spa like). The check out needs to be separated from the hallway as it was congested next to the door out to the waiting area. The parking lot is not easy to navigate but the Endwell parking lot is not easy to get out of either.

The moment I got there the dermatologist told me what it was not what she thought it was. I've been to previous visits with different dermatologist throughout the years and this one was amazing. I call my dermatologist the j"udge Judy of dermatology". This woman is special she knew exactly what the issue was didn't second guess it or anything. Prescribe me the right steroids and showed me a different way of keeping my skin free of rashes and dry skin. I would recommend this place 100%, they know what they're doing.

I see Dr. Chloe and her staff every 8 weeks. As a child i would have small flare ups of acne but nothing crazy. I never would have expected to have break outs at the age of 32. My acne was terrible. It was so bad that close family members of mine were worried about me. I finally had enough and made an appointment to get it checked out. I kick myself for not going sooner. Within less than 2 months my face is cleared. I follow the daily regimen that the doctor provided. In addition, she’s quick and to the point but without me feeling rushed. Which I like. She never has me waiting and gets me in and out. There’s been several appointments I have even showed up a few minutes late due to bad weather and they still get me in without a batting an eye. Her nurse and receptionists are very friendly and personable too. To my surprise they know who I am without me even having to say. I’m not one to write reviews about doctors like ever. Nor was I incentivized for posting this review. However, Dr. Chloe and her staff the recognition. If you’re struggling with adult acne like myself was be sure to make an appointment. You won’t regret it.
