He was wonderful and put me at ease immediately. He scraped the spot off and sent it to the lab for further testing. It was painless. The whole process was very smooth. I have struggled for 15 years with a rare dermatological condition, which has left scars all over my face & body. All while being pushed from one provider to the next with biopsies and being told in so many words that it was a mental issue. I found the Schweiger Dermatology Group through much online research. I was able to get an appointment the same week I called. I was in the office <5 minutes with Austin & he diagnosed me & started treatment immediately. I was even skeptical about his diagnosis. So, he did a biopsy to confirm. He is also advocating with help paying for my treatments & obtaining samples while waiting for approval. I cannot be Thankful enough for having found Schweiger Dermatology.

I feel the wait time was awful . My apptt was 1 . I didn't get called in Until 2. After I was called in I waited another 40 minutes in the room for dr to come in. I had a cyst removed sat up in a chair for my back didn't leave til 3. Just a very long wait for care. Last time same thing it was just for a skin check waited well over 90 minutes then didn't even see a real dr which I thought I was getting. I would say 7 out of 10.

The receptionist was very welcoming and explained what I needed to fill out. When I got into the exam room, the nurse was very polite and thorough. The doctor was very professional and explained what was going to happen and answered all of my questions. I was taken care of and felt heard which in this neighborhood is like a breath of fresh air. I look forward to my next visit. If they could set the standard for professionalism and caring for their patients well being in the Healthcare field in this area, that would be a tremendous feat!

I am scheduled for surgery end of August , this is very important surgery. Around 3 weeks ago, I developed a rash on my leg. I went to my GP and was told to put a OTC cream on the rash. Nothing happened. I was worried this rash could or would postpone my surgery. I needed to know what it was and something to help make it better. I called this phone number and explained my concerns. To my amazement they made an appointment for me with Jenna the next day. The whole staff at the office was friendly. I was called in to talked to the assistants. They told me Jenna would be right in . Within minutes a knock and Jenna introduced herself . I explained to her my concerns. She looked at my rash. Explained what the rash was and what are different ways of handling the rash. And it’s getting better. Surgery is still scheduled. Thanks to Jenna and the staff for seeing me on short notice and listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. Thank you very much

Staff was nice. Busy but didn't wait long. Went for a cyst removal, unfortunately have to go back again. Cysts are hard to Get rid of. They did warn me it may happen. Overall good experience.

I've been a patient for 3 years now and first thing I want to say is; The re-modeled office is a big improvement! Not feeling like you are sitting on top of the other people in the waiting room is very much appreciated. As for the medical care, it is second to none!! They spared me having to go through general surgery (at the recommendation of my primary and the person he referred me to) for a simple lipoma removal. I was basically in shock when the doctor told me he could remove it "right here in the office in 20 minutes!" And then, when I agreed, he did it in 18 with a local while chatting with me and his assistant all the while. It should be noted that he was also very careful to not pressure me to have it done "right then" or by him if I did not want to. In the end I felt like he was actually excited to be helping me out by taking care of something he could handle and thus sparing me the pains (not to mention the $$) involved in the scheduled general surgery. I recommend this provider to anyone needing a dermatologist's advice or care.

I have to write a little something,even tho I tend not to do these reviews..So I have been to a few dermatologists throughout the my life .And these guys by far are the best..The staff and doctor's are amazing,they treat you with respect unlike many others.They are very down to earth and talk to you like you have relationship,and this was my second time here.all in all just a great practice and people to do business with..
Everyone is always professional and courteous. Dr Fenke always listens to any questions and provides answers. Procedures are always precise and he makes sure to explain what he is doing and what you may feel. Excellent!
