I was looking for a dermatologist here in Syracuse. Making an appointment was quick and effortless. I thought I would need to wait months to be seen, but nope an appointment was offered to me three days from when I called to schedule one. That was amazingly surprising. The office takes my insurance which is a huge benefit. The office is clean and the staff so friendly. The doctor very knowledgeable and caring. So happy to have found an office.

I was very happy with the speed at which I was able to get in and with the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff.
My fiancé made an appointment here after years of not taking care of his psoriasis and giving up. The experience was informative, Progressive and very quick and efficient; Psoriasis cleared within a couple weeks. I’ve never seen him so happy and comfortable in his skin. One day I had a breakout of tiny red bumps. Some small, others big around my mouth and on the chin. I also had some above my left eye. I made an appointment with Austin, the team was very quick to diagnose And quick to take action; I had perioral dermatitis. After the visit, being prescribed antibiotics and lotion, my dermatitis cleared in less than a week; My whole face is starting to clear Of acne. I didn’t start breaking out until In my 20s. I’ve never felt so confident To go in public with bare skin. Can’t begin to explain how thankful my fiancé and I are. They take fidelis; for those who don’t have top of the line insurance like I do. That was a huge relief for me. Amazing care, kind staff; all of them. Highly recommend.

They are awesome!! Easy to talk to and always accommodates a time that works for me. They know your time is valuable they get you right in and out. I really love that they text you to remind you of your appointment also they will text you if something else opens up and you decide you want that appointment. They make it so easy. I use to go to their Utica office, I was sad to think moving to Clay, NY I would have to find someone new BUT.. to hear they had an office in Syracuse made me so happy. I’ve been going to Schweiger Dematology for years, my boys as well. I highly recommend.

I have not been to a dermatologist in decades. As no in in this area accepted my insurance. I needed a derm so i went online and this office seemed like someplace that I would like. Checking with them about insurance was simple, making the appointment was even simpler. The initial visit was extremely pleasant. I saw Justin Hardy PA, he was very nice, patient, and completely listened to all my concerns. He had an answer for everything and i seem to be on the right track now. Oh, and they didn’t push anything, no upsell. Which I highly appreciated.
