This is the first time I visited this clinic. I really liked the location as it was easy to park . I really like the physician Emma Taylor. She was very nice and thorough. Unfortunately the waiting room was very tiny and they had too many people and could not give you the attention you needed. The staff were a little bit cold but I find that every medical office I go to the office staff are like that. Maybe they're not getting paid enough. Who knows?

Nikki Melet was an incredible PA to see for general screening. She is incredibly personable and made me feel really safe. Her assistant she was training felt really safe too. AND the front desk person was really kind and took extra time to help explain what I might expect with my specific insurance type (she didn’t have to do that as it was not related to my treatment at the practice at all). In my initial visits with him, I was impressed by his attentiveness and tableside manner during a full-body mole check and skin care regimen review. Love his simple and science-based recommendations to make me look young forever! More recently, he was able to give me a same-day appointment when I was concerned I might have Shingles (on my face, oh no!!). He quickly assessed me, got me started on anti-viral treatment, and referred me to an ophthalmologist. He even called me after office hours on a Friday night (on his way to dinner) to give me an update on test results and check on me. Thanks to his quick action, the Shingles outbreak was mild AND did not spread into my optic nerve/eye. How many dermatologists help save your vision, too? I highly recommend him!

The procedure with the Nikki, PA went well. The receptionist Nazeem’s (sp?) demeanor was stern and unfriendly, even how she spoke with patients on the phone, lacking customer service. However there was a different receptionist who set up my appt by phone who was sweet, helpful and patient. I also looked into the Daly City location and found it to be shady. The cost of the procedure in SF was the cost of a consult only in Daly City. The actual removal of the skin tags in Daly City would be an additional cost. I was told each practitioner charges differently but how can 2 locations of the same business quote different prices? Avoid the Daly City location.
