My appointment was for a skin cancer screening, and the wait time to be seen was quite reasonable. Dr Buhac was thorough and personable, explaining what she found.

My provider who is a PA or possibly NP is very efficient and friendly. However compared with say 4 years prior experience with same provider office is crazy busy and hurried comparatively speaking. I received same level of service but a much different pace and feel than before. Waiting room was packed and little time for any conversation with provider other than pure treatment necessities. Office has lost its charm. That said service including front office staff were very professional and courteous.

Knowledgeable staff. Nice surroundings. Professional from reception till completion of appt. They are very busy, but most dermatology specialists are, so don’t be surprised if the waiting room is busy or your appt is short and sweet. I still feel as though I received excellent care.

I recently went for my first all over body check and I must say I had a fantastic experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I cannot say enough positive things about Jaid Baytos, RPAC. She has a wonderfully gentle and calming presence, answered all my questions, and provided recommendations. She went out of her way to make me as comfortable in the exam room as possible. I immediately recommended her to a family member.

Just walking through the front door is positive. Open space, soothing colors, and comfortable furniture are a definite plus. And the check-in staff are actually pleasant. A nice switch from most offices. Dr. Buhac was very informative, pleasant, and didn’t look at her watch once. Overall, a very impressive appointment!

From checking in which was efficient and the young man was very pleasant to short wait times to being seen by Dr. Rischert who was very helpful and answered my questions. I met with Dr. Buhac for a meeting at her home. Within 20 seconds Dr. Buhac recognized that I had Granuloma Annulare on my feet. I have been seeing other dermatologists for over a year as well as my primary. No one diagnosed me until recently because of a biopsy. I was amazed that she has never met me and was able to recognize my rash immediately. Other dermatologists were guessing what it was and had me stop taking medications because they said that was the cause. I am thrilled that I met Dr. Buhac; moving forward I will be under her care for my dermatology needs.

First time patient showed up 30 min before my appointment at 10am, receptionist ladies were very nice. The waiting room and patient rooms were very nice and homey feeling. Within 5 minutes of sitting down filling out paper work I was called in! I was shocked considering it was my first time there and I was early. The PA Bruce was very friendly! I was out by 1015 which was a record for any doctor appointment I've been too! Overall it was a nice visit and highly recommend Saratoga Dermatology to everyone!

My sons and I have all been patients of Dr. Buhac and her staff. We have seen her for everything from acne to skin cancer concerns to Botox treatments. In every way this practice has been attentive and reliable. My son suffered from terrible acne. We tried several treatments until we got it right. He is grateful to be acne-free! I had a skin cancer "scare" and asked to be seen right away. The staff at the front desk understood my concerns and got me in within 48 hours. I was so grateful. Time and again, Dr. Buhac and her practice have proven to be in tune with the varied dermatological needs of our family. I recommend this practice without reservation!

The staff was very friendly, cheerful and professional. Both the nurse and Dr Buhac took time to explain different options which were available to achieve the results I were hoping for and listened to concerns I had. Dr Buhac also took time to skillfully ensure filler was placed in the right amount in just the right places. I am in my sixties and when I look in the mirror now; I see signs of aging reversed with a more youthful natural appearance.
