I arrived 20 minute's early for my appointment, checked in and sat down in the waiting room to wait to be seen. No sooner had I sat down than they called me back to see the doctor. The nurse took me to the examination room and gave me a gown to put on and then left. The doctor came in almost immediately and gave me a thorough examination and asked me if I had any questions. I was out of the office 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

Todays Visit 03/20/25 With a different Doctor at the Saratoga office was a bit different than the Goid Sam spot. Waited 10 minutes “Maybe” was greeted by a Beautiful Young Lady that went over my issues and froze some spots on my head asked me some questions and asked me if I had any questions and went over my prescriptions and set up my next appointment for 6 Months. First time here today and was having the Mohs Surgery on my face. I was a little nervous until I walked in. This place (Los Gatos) was so clean, beautiful and packed. I was dreading the wait. But they have so many drs there and it’s pretty big. I waited all of 5 mins, they were professional, very nice, gentle etc. I loved Dr.K Ball. You can tell everyone is in sync there and it runs smoothly. I never felt anything and they were able to get all cancer removed and screened all in one take, I waited approximately 30 mins for results to see if the needed to go in deeper but it all came back saying they got it all. I was highly impressed and would recommend to everyone. Seriously amazing!

I had 2 basal cell cancer spots on my nose. Catherine Ball performed Mohs surgery. After 5 layers of skin were removed, the last slice was cancer-free. Whew! That was not for the faint-hearted! Catherine was a delight to work with and I'm on my way in recovery. Her staff was mostly pleasant and professional. There was one nurse who didn't want to give me the band-aids and Aquifor for my treatment at home :/. I don't know what her deal was... who does that? 🤷♂️ She even suggested that I go to a dollar store on the way home (after hours of surgery and huge bandages on my nose and ear where they took the graft. Sheesh! Other than that one instance, everything else was fine and they would have gotten a 5 star if not for her.

He was very communicative, answered all my questions, offered comments and details that were helpful for understanding various things he was seeing. Alyson is the best aesthetician! I had unsightly bumpy skin around my eyes; they're acnes, blackheads, whiteheads, etc. all developed over many years. I have been to other places for help but no success at all. The aestheticians usually ignored them, probably afraid of extracting acnes on the sensitive skin around the eyes. I started seeing Alyson for her acne facials last November. Alyson was the only person who knew exactly how to deal with them professionally.
