The office was very efficient. Great system for filling out documents. Everyone was very nice. Definitely an easy place for a disabled person. Valentina was wonderful and I will definitely be back. I had to have a growth frozen off and to do some very small skin tags she wanted $180 extra. My dermatologist that I had for years never charged for that. If she was freezing something else off, she always did skin tags. That was my only disappointment.

Had skin cancer screening today with PA Valentina . She was great, very friendly and checked me from head to toes. Everyone in office was freindly didnt wait more than 20 min to be seen overall pleasant experience.

Had called ahead and made an appointment for Monday at 9:45 AM with one of the Doctors. Apparently giving all the information over the phone and scheduling with the same doctor another family member see wasn't on the to do list of the receptionist. When we came in the lady said she didn't see anything and the other receptionist is good at scheduling things. Had to fill out new patient information which was expected, but now we have to come back and schedule another appointment. Hopefully they don't forget to schedule this. (Make sure to confirm with both receptionists your appointment time in case they "forgot" or "make an excuse." Basically this visit was a waste of time and all of this could have been done over the phone, vis email or fax. Wasted time, money, and gas. Awesome! 9:52 AM well whatever the receptionist at the door said didn't make any sense. However, good news now all the sudden we are seeing the doctor. Original rating was 3 out of 5. Let's see what happens next. SHEESH! Quick and fast with another doctor recommendation. Adjusted the review to reflect :)
