However, the assistant didn't write the correct information on the prescription, and I had to call five times to get the mistake corrected. If I hadn't called, my medication would have been on hold. I endured 30 hours of itching because of the assistant's error or inefficiency. I understand these things can happen, but... but... but... they need to be more careful to avoid complaints. (Original) Mr. Noodleman es buenísimo, fue directo al trabajo y fue rápido y eficaz. Sin embargo, la asistente no puso la información correcta en la receta y tuve que llamar cinco veces para que corrigieran el error. Si no llamo, mi medicamento estuviera en espera. I had breast cancer don't want to deal with cancer if I can help it . ., I am truly blessed to be going to this office and having this doctor and his team . . This is another day another visit . . I have been a patient at the Salinas Office for several years. During that time I have been treated by two Dermatologists, Dr. Noodleman and Dr. Crispin, for rashes and Basal Cell Carcinomas. I have found them and their assistants to be very capable. Dr. Crispin has excelled at removing a number of Basal Cell cancers with Mohs Surgery. The last surgery required only one stage of removal, a success that hasn't been achieved by Dermatologists I have seen at UCSF or locally.

This was my first time to visit this location of the CSI. Cassandra at the front desk was very patient and friendly. I was called right away and led to an exam room. I had not even been in the room for 5 minutes before Dr. Crispin entered. She made eye contact, asked me about my skin concerns, and was clear about what I could expect from the full-body exam. I found her to be quite thorough, gentle, and efficient. The assistant explained about the wound care packet and the next steps. Good people, good service but kinda pricey. I've been a client/patient for 4 to 5 years and have only had one poor experience. It wasn't a bad/horrific experience but it was poor. It was my first visit with a new doctor because my last doctor (which I loved) moved. The new doctor didn't care to address any of my questions or issues with my skin. They just asked me to describe what my old doctor had prescribed. The new doctor said okay, renewed my prescription, and left. A month later I got a bill for the visit in which I had more interaction with the receptionist and the doctor's assistant than with the actual doctor. Other than that experience, I've received great service and the staff is friendly.

Dr. Noodleman is a very experienced and skilled physician, who provides advanced treatment options including procedures with a lot of courtesy. The registration/reception staff members and medical assistants are very polite and helpful. Their supervisor, Jackie is present most of the time to give a hand to reception staff, if needed. This is a busy clinic with a lot of patients, thus parking was an issue during my the very first visit, but during my following visits, I had no issue parking my car. I would definitely highly recommend this facility.

Scheduled an appointment to have a couple skin tags removed, they called and text me before to remind me & confirm that I could make it to the appointment. Filled out some paper work upon checking in and was quickly seen afterwards - the doctor and assistant were both very kind, nice and communicated respectfully and clearly - they were able to remove two very difficult skin tags that had developed rite on the edge of my lower right eyelid which is wonderful. They also numbed the area before removing it so I felt almost no pain. What I’m the most happiest about is they removed a fairly large skin tag I’ve had under my armpit for so long quickly and easily and I didn’t feel a thing. All in all a fairly quick and easy experience - I would highly recommend this place, it was $75 for the consultation and they provided skin care instruction once they were done 👍

As a first time patient at this Salinas California Skin Institute I was impressed from the moment I entered the building. I was greeted by Jesenia at the front desk who helped me fill out the new patient paper work. She answered all of my questions in a pleasant and professional manner. She made sure that I was satisfied. We were off to a good start. Dr. Noodleman then saw me in the exam room. He did a thorough exam of my upper body areas, answering all of my questions. He diagnosed my condition, performed the necessary treatment and gave me clear, understandable advice. A completely satisfying experience. I highly recommend Dr. Noodleman and his staff. She has found numerous pre cancer spots, on my head mostly. She has removed 3 major ones from my scalp. The surgery has left holes in my scalp, which have become a humorous point at family gatherings, saying my head looks like a bowling ball now. But I would not be here today if Dr Crispin had not biopsied those areas she found. I had one removed on my cheek & there is not ANY evidence of a scar. I came in for a semi-annual skin checkup. I waited no longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room and 5 minutes after being moved to a treatment room to wait for the doctor to come in. Dr. Crsipin was cordial and familiar which and made me feel at ease. She took a biopsy and said she would get back to me at a certain date in the future for its results. She offered a better medication to treat my precancerous lesions that what had been previously prescribed which I could easily obtain. Over all, it was a 5 out of 5 experience, I would recommend the California Skin Institute to anyone who is experiencing dermatological problems.

There is an employee at the California Skin Institute named Jaime Varela who is a Medical Records Clerk. I cannot tell you how impressed I am to have dealt with Ms. Varela. She is always pleasant and willing to help in anyway, even if it is not her job. I have a situation going on that Ms. Varela has been instrumental in helping me fix. What makes it so impressive is that it is not even in her department that I needed help with. I couldn't get help and was very frustrated but Ms. Varela stepped in and helped me every way she could. Also, she then called me and followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. You do not find employees who go out of their way to help and assist anymore. Unfortunately parking is very challenging. I will just plan to park on E. Romie and walk to the office. There was no place to put my personal belongings in the exam room so my purse and clothing were in a pile on the floor. The cabinet and garbage can in my exam room was in need of a cleaning. I've been having acne problems since i was in middle school. After middle school my acne was disappearing, but all of the sudden after high school it came back. I tried everything including Proactiv but it didn't work. So i decided to search up the best dermatologist near me and found Salinas Skin Institute. On my first visit the employees including the Physician that attended me. He prescribed me a medicine that really improved my acne problems and also the papaya cleanser. After the first month my skin was clearing up and my acne scars were disappearing. Its been 2 months since i started this new routine and its has improved my skin a lot. I recently switched to Twyneo ( tretinoin & Benzoyl peroxide) cream which also has been helping my skin a lot. I highly recommend this place to anyone having acne problems. Hope this helps =)

Dr. Milène Crispin and her nursing staff are way above the norm. This is a very special place. I am so thankful for the expertise of Dr. Crispin. She has surgically removed skin cancer from my elderly father’s face and neck in several places—you cannot see or find the scars without them being pointed out. All cancerous tissue was successfully removed as well. Her suturing is equal to a cosmetic surgeon’s! She took care of my small skin-cancer spot with the same skill. Besides this skill and expertise, Dr. Crispin is very kind and caring—making one feel relaxed right away. The surgical nursing staff’s care is top notch and everyone is warmly welcoming. Don’t go to anyone else!! 😁

I had a great appointment with Dr. Crispin. She is thorough and efficient. I think that CSI needs to address doing a complete remodel of the Salinas offices! The walls need to be painted, the floors need to be replaced, and the drop ceilings have lots of damage. The patient exam tables are ancient and the cabinetry looks like it is from the 80's, and has been utilized for way too many years. The doctor is wonderful, please make the surroundings more updated!
