Dr. AI suggested that I have a mole checked out by an actual human, so I needed to find a dermatologist. After wasting a bunch of time calling offices only to be told I'd have to wait months (and that their schedules weren't even open that far out), I found Schweiger. Really appreciate that they're one of the few practices that are actually with the times and let you make an appointment online, even as a new patient. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly, and the actual visit was easy as could be. I saw Jeffrey Tatar, PA who was friendly and clear, and afterwards I received a detailed document outlining everything he had described during the visit. Good experience overall.

The receptionists were wonderful- very friendly and helpful, as was the tech or nurse that helped us get settled into a room. It was a lot to do 3 new patient questionnaires for my kids and I (which would be helpful if they were available ahead of time online since they're so extensive) and she helped us get the most important info down so we didn't have to finish all 3. The dermatologist put me at ease, and she not only did a full skin check but a simple procedure at the same appointment, which I thought I'd have to come back for. I was grateful! Would definitely recommend to friends or family, and am scheduled for a follow-up in a year. :-)

Dr. Wojciechowski excels in his profession. He also has a gentle demeanor which takes the stress out of going to the doctors for me. I went to his practice a handful of years ago and the office staff as well as his nurse were not pleasant which was a huge turn off for me. This visit was very pleasant. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I’m glad I went back.

I brought my daughter there after going to multiple doctors for ringworm on her head. I could not get any solutions and nothing was helping. This was the only dermatologist within 2 hours that would see her in a timely manner. I was nervous because of the bad reviews but....I have to say, Dr Psaila was AMAZING! She was nice, she was right to the point and I appreciate that. She was kind and engaged with my 4 year old. She didn't beat around the bush. We had to have multiple visits and one time I accidentally showed up to the wrong doctors office. When I got to the correct office 15 minutes late, they still saw me! If I ever have an issue in the future I will definitely go back to her. My daughter has had to go to many doctors in her short life so naturally she's apprehensive. She was not scared at all with Dr. Psaila. Thank you for doing a great job with my child!

Excellent office and staff...
I absolutely love dr Greene including his rapport and thoroughness of exam. but now that he has joined Schweiger his pathology specimens are sent out of state and my insurance considers this out of network and I have to pay 20% of charges. previously the labs were done locally and there was full insurance coverage. I am going to request that my specimens be sent to local labs and hope this request will be honored. dr Greene remains in network so this is a weird set up.

I just wanted to set the record straight concerning a poor review regarding Dr. Wojciechowski. I have been a patient of his for years and he has been nothing but great. I highly recommend him and his practice.
Today I went for 6 month checkup at Dr. Greene's office. The nurse practitioner who takes care of me is Ms. Shelby Lantier. Shelby is a dedicated professional and an excellent part of Dr. Greene's team. She takes the time to explain everything she does while examining you as well as offers advice. Plus she always has an assistant with her taking notes, helping out. Dr. Greene has organized a group of medical professionals. I'm very pleased with his office and Miss Lantier. I left the office today with a clean slate!!! :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Greene's for many years and feel fortunate to have him as my dermatologist. He is centrally located off Clinton and Westfall. His office is very busy, at times hard to get through on the phone, and the check in / check out area is always chaotic. Dr. Greene however is great, he is patient, kind, caring, but most of all educating and reassuring. I even go out of my health insurance network and pay a higher copay to see him, as I feel the care he delivers is worth it. If you need a dermatologist, I highly recommend him.
A caring, knowledgeable and competent physician. A really well organized office, and very aesthetically pleasing surroundings. I was most impressed by the amount of time Dr. Green spent with me, and the thoroughness of his examination and treatment, and the patient way he explained things to me.

Thank you Dr Holm & all the friendly staff at Dermatology Partners of Western NY. My son & I developed a pesky rash that would not go away! My normal physician saw me a few weeks prior to our visit with Dr. Holm, & without asking many questions prescribed me to 3 different medications, all of which did nothing but make the rash worse. We decided to schedule an appointment with a specialist. Dr. Holm took her time, asked lots of necessary questions, & was able to prescribe something that took the rash away in a matter of days. It's hard to find good doctors who truly care about what they do & have your best interest in mind. I highly recommend Dr. Holm for any dermatology needs!!
This was the Most wonderful experience I've ever had at a dermatology doctors office!! Both doctor Greene and his nurse, Kelly were wonderful and they were warm and I didn't feel any negative feelings at all from being in their presence or how they did things. The wait wasn't very long either. The receptionists were very nice and the atmosphere is wonderful, the rooms are modern as well as everything else. And in my opinion you will not be disappointed by coming here. Most of my other experiences with dermatologists were really not good at all, and I am so happy that I chose to come here and have Dr. Greene look at me. He took the time to listen to me, he was very thorough and he wasn't rushed and wasn't trying to get out the door as fast as he could, like all the other doctors, he was very caring and kind and really cared about what was going on with me. He also is doing blood tests and looking into what could be causing what is going on with me, and that is something that I've never had done before at a dermatologist. He even explained things to me and didnt talk doctor speak to me. This is my first time here so I hope all my other visits are just as wonderful and I bet you ,they will be! Thank you so much doctor Greene and Nurse Kelly for making my experience a positive one!! Finally!!
Amazing at his trade! Dr. Greene is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is thorough when checking for suspicious moles/marks. He takes the time to explain what he is seeing, and continues to support and educate you about the types of possible skin cancer etc. He ALWAYS follows up with his findings in a timely manner. Also, his office/building is super "fancy". Not sure how better to explain it. Large floral bouquets, granite counter tops, lots of wood work etc. I highly recommend Dr. Greene. Don't hesitate to call for an appointment for your skin caner screening. It's important!
