I had a skin check with the PA and she did a thorough exam and performed cryosurgery with a spray device on my suspicious lesions…I highly recommend this dermatology practice for annual and bi-annual skin exams and treatments. They are timely and very efficient.

Liz Papp is such a delight, as a certified PA in dermatology, she’s helped my spouse and I through so many different skin treatments, From cosmetic treatments like Botox and laser procedure to removing cosmetic warts and skin tags, even recommending the proper dermatology specialists to treat a serious procedure for a growth that ended being very early stage carcinoma. She’s very kind, courteous and has such a patient and thorough bed side manner, I’d highly recommend her for all of your dermatology needs in the peninsula part of the Bay Area.

This is literally one of the few medical dermatology offices that are left in the Bay Area where you truly feel that the doctor is a medical doctor and not just an esthetician. Everyone there is caring, friendly and professional. The attention to the patient is wonderful and you don’t feel rushed like you do in offices that are part of bigger institutes. Dr. Papp is knowledgeable and has a great personality. My family members were all patients of the practice and today I had to take my mom for a medical emergency (nail infection that spread to the wrist). The wonderful staff got us in immediately and Dr. Papp took time to put mom at ease after a horrific experience in the ER. She was thorough, gave us detailed explanation and instructions. This is really the place to go to when you need actual professional care with friendly faces to greet you.

So she made me an appointment and I went there. What a great office. The staff was very polite and efficient. I felt very comfortable. I was nervous going in for a visit, but was made to relaxed and at ease. Parking was also very easy. Amber the receptionist was thorough in taking my information. She has a kindness about her. Kim the RN brought me to a room and took my history and obtained information for my provider. She has been there more than 25 years. When my PA/doctor came in, all of my concerns were addressed and all of my questions were answered. I would absolutely refer this office. I left with a follow up appointment for future mole checks and a very content feeling.

I was taken to the exam room on time, and the nurse again took great care in listening and recording my concerns. I was the most impressed by Dr. Liz Papp! I'm used to doctors who are always behind schedule, who shuffle you around in a hurry, one foot already out the door heading to their next patient while you're still trying to ask questions. But not Dr Liz - her demeanor is calm and soothing, she takes care to listen to your concerns and examine the issues slowly and methodically. She diagnosed my issue right away (I visited a different dermatologist in the past who was way off) and recommended a skin cream that cleared up my problem in less than a month!
