She’s a great listener and understood what I talked about with suggestions to medications. I didn’t feel pressure to do anything. Very informative.
Dr Sheu had seen me before and had all my records from that visit and other doctors at the same clinic. She referred to those when examining me and was able to note something that needed following up from a previous visit. She answered my questions and recommended next steps. I will continue to see her at this clinic even though I have moved far away.
I had a great experience here at CSI, and will definitely come back! My provider was friendly, caring, and took her time which I feel is rare. She addressed several concerns I had and gave me a detailed follow up plan.

Dr sheu is very professional and did a great job answering all my questions about my skin. She acted quickly in diagnosing my issue and offering a solution. Only complaint I have is the long wait time and the immediate jumping to doing a biopsy - thought was too fast but made sense after I asked.
Listened to my queries intently and suggested few options to go about the treatment.
She listened to my concerns and took the time to look carefully at my skin to figure out what might be causing my concerns. She took the time to answer my questions and explain my options and what might help. I'm hopeful that she can help me treat my issue once we get the biopsy results back and have a definitive diagnosis.
The rating has two parts - Dr. Sheu and the office. Dr. Sheu was great. She listened to my (long) problem description and offered insights that other dermatologists missed. So for the treatment that she recommended seems to be working great. The office is a totally different story, and a sad one. I had a question about the prescription but there is just no way to talk to anyone there. I called the office and the automated phone system directed me to a voicemail. I called the front desk and they directed me to... the same voicemail. I left a message and... nothing, no one has gotten back to me (I'm writing this a 3 weeks after). I found that you can send messages via their web site, sent a message and... nothing. No response, no one contacted me. I still have the question but there's no one to talk to.show more

The wait time was 40 minutes long, which was too long for me and my son. The doctor was very smart and was quick to recommend changes to a previous doctor's prescriptions.
Dr. Linda is amazing. Thoughtful, efficient, empathetic. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and explain her diagnosis. She has a calming presence about her which is a great quality to have in a doctor. The office is easy to get to, the staff is friendly and approachable, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
After being told of a six month waitlist at PAMF, I booked Dr. Sheu and so happy I did. She was punctual, nice, thorough and smart. Very happy and will return for sure!
Dr. Sheu was so knowledgeable and kind. She was able to formulate a plan to help with my skin issues quickly and explained the thought process behind it clearly. I also ended up needing a biopsy which she performed during the same appointment, and it was painless! Highly recommend her expert care.

Such a gentle and caring doctor! I found her to be very professional and patient. Her inquiries were never uncomfortable. They always came from a genuine point of interest in resolving your skin-related issues. Her methodology was collaborative and patient-focused; you truly feel as though you're working together and not being lectured at or shamed. At the same time, Dr. Sheu was undoubtedly realistic with expectations. She laid out exactly what my requested procedure may entail including: possible scars, size and shape of the scar, expected recovery time, and care protocol. She made sure that I was well aware of these possibilities prior to proceeding. Her wait time was a tad lengthy but that seems to be out of her control and more of a front desk scheduling issue. In all honesty, I'd wait any amount of time just to be seen by Dr. Sheu since she is such a gem! Additional bonus was her preference for OTC product recommendations over less affordable options!show more
