The Port Jervis branch of Schweiger dermatology is conveniently located and had very attentive staff. My son‘s issues were thoroughly addressed and we left confident that the course of action prescribed will work in time.
Such a great office! From the check in process to the exit I am greeted by friendly and super sweet staff! The exam for my most recent visit was super quick and convenient, I also love how the dr answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable with her and my concerns.
Our whole family has been going here for years. My hubby's family has skin cancer and he's always had great care from them, screening & excision. I saw 3 MD's @ CRHC who guessed a series of weird round red dots/spots I'd developed were an infection, but shortly after the first series of spots developed, I suddenly developed a bunch more. The PA here at Schweiger looked at them and dug a little deeper as she suspected my spots were a reaction to something, learned I had a TB test a few hours before the 1st series of spots developed, and the 2nd series of spots after the repeat TB test. She suspected GA, brought in 1 of the MD's to see if he agreed and said she was right, as TB serum has (on rare occasions) caused GA. It pays to involve specialists especially after 3 MD's at a GP were stumped & just threw antibiotics at it. Perhaps it's because the required the TB testing as an EE even though my job didn't require patient interactions? And most recently our teen was seen 2 months ago by another PA who began her on a course of skin care treatment that has totally turned around her teenage breakouts. All around we are SO PLEASED and highly recommend Schweiger Dermatology.
I try to get a checkup each year for moles and skin cancer. I made an appt and got in quite soon, not a long wait. The P.A. found 2 spots that she decided to biopsy. The one came back as pre-cancerous and the second hasn't come back yet. She froze the first one to make sure all of the cells were killed off, so just waiting on the results of the next one. The medical staff is great, all kind and professional. I've been going here for many years and never had a problem. I'm very happy with the staff.

Excellent experience from ease of scheduling the appt, checking in, attention to details and the time spent explaining everything literally from head to toe examining my skin was superior. Taylor who examined me had a great demeanor and Excellent people skills. I highly recommend this group for any dermatology needs. I was at the Port Jervis location.
As always, my wife and I were very pleased with our appointments. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The Dermatologist was very thorough, and she answered all of our concerns. She ensured that I understood everything about my skin condition and how to keep it under control.

Excellent attentive care given with expertise.. Rachel is caring, listened to all my concerns (even patiently to some that were kinda just my own "out there" worry).. Rachel is honest, straight forward in her clear explanations on all dimensions.. what to expect, post care, etc. I never felt embarrassed or intimated showing/voicing my issues.. Milan was also present during the exam/treatment, she was pleasant, interested, engaging.. NEED MORE DOCTORS AT THIS LOCATION! Also, it’s a pain to try to call the Port Jervis office, as one is directed to a call center. It would be so much easier to call the office directly, especially if one has a question about a prescription or a procedure.
Rachel has a wonderful bedside manner. She was thorough in her analysis of my skin condition. I am home after my appointment today and am already finding relief in my skin inflammation based on her recommendations. I look forward to continuing to be her patient.
Straightforward visit. Came to check in about a new prescription, among other things, and was informed well enough for what I needed.
In all honesty, I have yet to meet a practitioner or a staff member who was not truly good at what they do, their demeanor, their caring/interested attitude toward me or any issues, whether tiny to them but huge to me.. Booking online was super easy. The office is clean and conveniently located with lots of parking. I would have preferred if the provider communicated better. She seemed all business and was using unfamiliar terminology. She didn’t explain what the procedure was and assumed I knew, which made me a little uncomfortable and nervous. All in all the visit was okay and I will return.
Dr. Feist was kind and caring as was the rest of the staff. I had 2 biopsies done and I barely felt a thing. I have already recommended Dr. Feist to a few people. Close parking is another plus. Overall a good experience.
