VERY happy with the clinical care - the providers are great, professional, easy to talk to. The office staff is great, too. One major drawback to the practice: the Schweiger Dermatology Call Center is awful and is an obstacle to communicating with providers - it is managed by AI - with AI voices and choices. If you miss a call from a provider re: biopsy results because you were in the bathroom or something, even if you miss the call by a second, when you call back you have to go through the callcenter each time to be put on a list for another callback. You feel you are on a never ending merry go round.
Overall great. Good at communicating and prescribing.
I just had a fantastic appointment with the PA Michaela White. I came in with a bunch of random dermatological issues and she was so helpful. She was so kind and patient and made sure to answer all my (many) questions clearly and completely. She made me feel comfortable and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all about my skin conditions. She prescribed topical medications and gave me clear printed out instructions so I remember what they’re for. I’ll definitely be coming to see her again! (also shout out to Katelyn at the front desk and the medical assistant Natalie, who were also very kind and helpful)

I have been experiencing rare, complex symptoms and she continues to follow up with me and propose solutions. People like Patti make all the difference in this field especially when going through difficult situations. I am grateful to have come across her.
Dr. Crawford is a top-notch dermatologist. I've known him for over 20 years. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. In my opinion, he is the GOAT (greatest of all time).

Routine exam showed possible issue. Biopsy confirmed Basel cell carcinoma. Scheduled scrape and burn to remove all trace. Staff was alert, attentive, professional and polite on both visits.

I’ve been a patient at the Pine Street office for several years. My most recent appointment was with Erin Gillespie. I was impressed with her expertise, thoroughness, efficiency and friendly, calming personality. Her assistant, Isabella also did a good job updating my file and assisting Erin. As always, the office staff was pleasant and the suite was clean.

It’s always a good experience with the staff, PA Gillespie my daughter adores her and the medication and advice she gives is wonderful. I did have an issue with a phone operator who was rude and unprofessional when I called to confirm the appointment . Otherwise we enjoy coming here and I have referred my co workers to come here as well.
Will definitely be going back. Provider discussed various options to treat condition and possible side effects of all. Provider was well informed and great communicator.

This practice is very on top of things ekg patients texting you reminders about need for preventative checkup, appointment dates and times. The office returns call in a timely fashion. The office visit was efficient using iPad to document the visit. The physician Dr Jih took time to answer questions and accommodating. I highly recommend this practice.
When everyone else was telling me 3 to 5 months to see a a Dr. Schweiger got to me the next day! Dr. Erin Gillespie was kind, thorough, and fantastic! Literally saved my skin!!! 😆

I've been going to this place for a while, I've had very good and competent experiences. Recently the cold weather was making eczema flare up on my hands and making the skin burn and I was able to make an appointment the day that I called and get prescribed a cream to use nightly which has been helping a lot.
Amazing office and staff. The only issue I have is the call center. I wish I could contact the office directly, instead I need to justify why I need to speak with them and wait for a callback.

Nice people, good experience. I just did a general checkup so it was easy. They were pretty thorough, more than my last appointment a number of years ago with a different person. They also gave Mr some helpful tips to reduce likelihood of problems in future. So friendly! Great demeanor and super knowledgeable. I had to get some biopsies and am not great with needles but they made me feel so supported through my dramatic “can I hold someone’s hand” moment. Answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable.

Dr Gutman is an excellent dermatologist. So very sorry he is not with his group anymore. I left them since he is not there! He Did save my life.
I couldn't believe the news that Dr. Gutman left the practice! He seriously was the best doctor I’ve ever known, having saved my life not once but twice. I am devastated that he left. No one is as thorough and attentive as him. And he's not only kind, he's funny! He will be incredibly missed.

Dr. Crawford and his PA, Christina, were a huge help in diagnosing and treating my condition. He took the time to explain what he thought was the problem in terms I understood. He also gave me a clear description of his treatment plan. On subsequent visits, Christina listened while I updated her on my symptoms. She had a warm, reassuring bedside manner that kept me focused on the treatments that were working. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dermatologists who will truly work with you to find the right treatment.
