Crystal is an amazing PA! The wait time is minimal and visit times are what you make of it. My only complaint is there AI agent phone calls and text services. No one gets back to you unfortunately. It’s hard to get someone on the phone but they do eventually pick up but you mainly have to do all scheduling via the AI agent.

She caught a tiny, minute Basil Cell Carcinoma on the side of my nose that was the same color of my skin. I don’t know how she saw it but she did and thank God she did! I’ll never go anywhere else.

My experience with the PA and staff exceeded my expectations. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. PA Patel was articulate, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, empathetic. I was given a prompt diagnosis for my skin issues along with very clear and concise directions for my prescription along with recommendations and preventative tips. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in the most professional manner. From the front desk to the exam rooms, the entire staff was also extremely efficient, professional and caring. Isita Patel PA-C was fantastic! Very nice and efficient. Great bed side manner! Highly recommended! But, the front desk staff is top notch!!! They are all fantastic! Super friendly and personable. They keep that place running smoothly! When you walk into an office, you want to be treated kindly and they have that covered! I highly recommend this group!

I love this place the workers are amazing and they need to be recognized. The workers at the front desk are always so friendly and always greet you with a smile . They are real people persons. She truly is a fantastic dermatologist and of course doctor Lipson what an amazing people person down to earth person he is. I have been through a lot in 2020 and just to come here on my appointments to see how nice I get treated it makes me feel a lot better. . I also want to say that doctor Lipson assistant Govinna is such a pleasant outstanding worker she and all the other names I mentioned always makes me feel so comfortable. I give them all a thumbs up hopefully they all will be recognized for a job well done. I really think all these ladies need to recognized for always multitasking. I see it all the time . They have to check the patient’s in and answers the phone and do paper work and try and eat when they get the chance . Today is 8-19-2021 I go to this office twice a week and I feel like family . My dermatologist doctor Lee is fantastic and the front desk workers are also beyond amazing .Tina deserves a raise every time I see her she is Multitasking. Her personality and caring for the patients is amazing she is such a people person. Sasha is also amazing she is so kind and caring and a very hard worker. I think they all should be recognized for a job well done. They do are multitasking all the time . To keep hard workers is to make sure they are recognized because hard workers are very hard to find these days. Also I want to mention Jen she sets my light machine up all the time she is a great people person hard worker to .i am so glad that Bernadette is back she is amazing not everyone does the job as good as her . I go into the light box twice a week and the. Get xtract and when Bernadette is not there. Have to change the paper myself on the chair I sit on in the xtract room which she. She is there she always does and I also have to put for. Paper on the light box when she is not there and that’s not my job . Bernadette should be recognized for a job well done she is great she is always multitasking. Also Dr Li and Dr Lipson they are the best. And Front desk workers Tina and Narsheda and Ashley . The worsening this company did was let Gorinna go she was the best . It seems this company least the good ones always go. I been coming here for years and I truly can see who are the best workers and who are the ones who put little effort into their work. Please bring back Gorinna I am not comfortable with the helpers that Dr Lipson has now . Again the three best are Dr Bonnie Dr Li and Dr Lipson

I have a chronic skin condition and was forced to leave my neighborhood Derm because of horrible communication and prescription abandonment, so I was in a very delicate state for my first visit with Dr. Li. I was so pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and kind the front staff was, so comfortable and familiar. Followed by a very attentive assistant, before a thorough and informative visit. Dr Booney and his resident whose name I’ve forgotten treated me as family. I’m in stage 3 heart failure and had just gotten my second COVID vaccination. I was having a very difficult time breathing and was disoriented. These 2 medical professionals stayed on top of me for at least a half hour until I was feeling better and able to get back to my normal self. They gave me grape cool-aid, water and offered me food. I felt completely safe and secure in their care. God bless Dr Boone’s and his resident physician for their outstanding medical care. Highly recommended to people looking for a Dermotogogy group. Oh, and yes, my Dermotogogy issue was evaluated by them both and they successfully prescribed medications that have alleviated my issue. I have undergone treatment with Dr. Cindy Li. I initially went to get treated for dark underarm when I went to my first appointment I learned that I have Acanthosis Nigricans. Over the course of a few treatment a I also learned that I was allergic to deodorants I was using . Dr. Cindy was very kind and has worked with me through the process of clearing up my skin. As someone that is 23 years old I have struggled to put bathing suits and dresses because I was afraid of the pigment discoloration. Now that my skin has cleared up I am more comfortable wearing tank tops. I am continuing my treatments with Dr. Cindy because our goal is for me to become completely comfortable with wearing bathing suits. I had booked an appointment with Dr. Bonney and when I got there: 1) the person at the front desk didn't even acknowledge me for 3 minutes while I stood waiting to check in. Finally she looked up and apologized with a frown on her face, saying that she was busy finishing something up - not my problem and shouldn't she have at least looked up to say hello and ask me to wait a moment? 2) I was put into a room and a medical assistant asked me some questions following which a Dr. Gordon enters the room and says that he works with Dr. Bonney. No explanation as to why my appointment doctor was switched which I found very odd. Dr. Gordon was nice and thorough but this left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Moh’s surgery on my ankle, in a very difficult spot. Wound could not be stitched, so over a month of cleaning the wound twice a day and keeping it from infection. The team at Schweiger Dermatology was excellent, and in the month of very slow healing, they checked regularly with me to monitor progress. She was super patient and thorough in her consultation. Molly gave me samples, talked about all my options (without ever pushing for treatments I wasn't comfortable with), and laid out what my new routine would look like. She explained with detail what every medication/prescription would do/target. Even when I nervously let her know that I had some questions I was hoping she could answer, she made me feel super comfortable and took a seat to listen to every one of my concerns carefully. My wife ( and also myself) was patients of Dr. Karen Gordon and treated by her recently and she feels great finally because Dr. Gordon correctly diagnosed and treated her skin problem. Now she finally sees the light in the tunnel after a sub standard unsanitary practice that caused her unnecessary infection by another dermatologist ( by the way his name is Gold in the neighborhood). My wife was extremely frustrated and angry at his irresponsible action because she had to clean and disinfect twice a day for the last four months and still the biopsy site was not healed completely because of Dr. Gold's careless and dangerous practice. But my wife knows now it is healing well by Dr. Gordon's treatment. My wife and I agrees on why she is a greatest dermatologist we have met so far in our life. Dr. Gordon is an exceptionally capable dermatologist and my wife likes Dr. Gordon because 1. She carefully listens what she has to say about the problem, and respond all her concerns even if it is trivial. 2. She is logical and reasoning situations carefully and comes up with treatment plan, but most of all 3. She transparently explains what she thinks about the diagnosis and treatment plan and even future plan in case the problem persists, 4. And she does all these without rushing patient or herself. 5. Her communications with pharmacy is clear for patients. In summary she is our best dermatologist we have had. I normally go to the derm group in Verona but was referred to Molly Orden in the Paramus office for micro needling with prp for acne scar treatment. Molly has been great! This would’ve been 5 stars if all had gone well. The staff is pleasant and professional as is the doctor I saw, who is also very skilled at her work. I was disappointed to find that I had been allowed to be seen without a referral. Granted, the primary should’ve sent the referral the day they were supposed to, but the office for the specialist should also have verified that there was a referral for my 2 visits. I was told that “someone“ let me in without a referral. There are only 2-4 people at the front desk who check so that doesn’t fly. The PCP office is getting a similar review. As patients we should not have to do other people’s jobs for them. Also, we should not have to pay out of our own pockets for others’ mistakes.

I went to the office to have a cyst removed from my neck by Dr. Lipson. I had to wait a little in the office before my appointment. Dr. Lipson and his assistant have very good bedside manners they both made you feel comfortable. Dr. Lipson took his time and removed my cyst without any pain. I did not feel any pain while healing and the scarring is barely visable. I recommend them based on an overall excellent experience. Thankyou Dr. Lipson.
