Knowledgeable physician. Friendly. Kind. Spoke very quickly and ordered prescriptions, but did not carefully explain each medication. I got them filled, but the all the instructions said “use as directed, but the directions were given too quickly during the visit. This was a problem. Medication administration, even if ointments only, must be done better. Thanks.
The medical assistant carefully reviewed medical history and took down a thorough & detailed account of my reason(s) for the follow up visit. This was properly communicated to the doctor before he entered the room, so I did not have to repeat myself once he came in. Dr. Du was efficient and listened to my concerns regarding side effects from my previous treatment & presented several new treatment options we could pursue instead. He listened to any concerns I had come up throughout the appointment and answered any questions I had, so I had a clear treatment plan to try ad my next course of action. Additionally, one of the medications was sent in to a speciality pharmacy and I was provided with clear and easy instructions on how to follow up with the new pharmacy before leaving my appointment. I really appreciated the patience, professionalism and clear communication shown by both Dr, Du and his MA, as well as all others in the clinic.show more
The Doc was so nice and vibrant, he calmed me down pretty well as I was really concerned about the issue I was having and gave me steps to get quick relief. Everything was sent to the pharmacy properly and I even for an alternate issue addressed on the same visit.
Finally a good dermatologist ( visited several in the last year ) really attentive and full of knowledge. Totally recommend!

Dr listened to my concerns without any judgment at all and did my full body scan that I booked myself in for. He explained what each bump or blemish was and had a calming manner which put me at ease as this was my first dermatology visit and didn’t know what to expect. I will definitely be coming back.

The doctor was not clear with the type of rashes, and he immediately ordered a skin test and sent the skin to lab. Not sure if test was needed.
