My recent experience at schweiger dermatology was for a basil cell removal. While not fun to have to do they made it pleasant and professional every step of the 2 week process. The location is easy to get to, although until the parking garage I hear is supposed to be built, parking is limited. Front desk is very helpful. I've had less-than-stellar experiences at several other dermatology offices in my area. Making and securing appts were more difficult than planning a complete business plan for a multi-national company. Wait times for unplanned but necessary appt changes had to be scheduled so far out that calendars ran out of pages to write them in. This office runs like a clock and everyone, from the medical team to the front office staff are friendly and helpful. When you're dealing with a condition that needs attended to in a timely way, you don't want to be told fhat you have to wait another month to be seen, because, for example, you have to cancel an existing appt because of a family emergency thousands of miles away or your pet or child has suddenly fallen ill and needs emergency care. They understand and they are helpful. This kind of consideration is sorely lacking these days in much of medical health world. Plus, they know their stuff and provide great services.

Yet, they respond with utmost courtesy and professionalism. I started going to CDG after someone recommended them to me. WOW! Is all I could really say about them. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming while also maintaining professionalism at all times. Everyone, from the front desk, nurses and doctors are a pleasure to work with! The office is extremely sanitary and has state of the art equipment. My first visit I had some major concerns and was hesitate at first but Erin Myers-Albaridi took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted. I really felt like all my concerns were taken seriously. I was then given a plan in which fit my individual needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

AMAZING GROUP! My son had been treated by my Dermatologist in Westport for a nasty Planters wart, he was leaving for sleep away camp in 10 days and the wart was bleeding and cracking...they told us the earliest they could see him was after he left for camp. We were referred to Connecticut Dermatology. When I called I was given 3 available appointments within the next 48 hours! We saw the Dr the next day! We arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork but we were seen 10 minutes before our appointment time! We left, having been checked in as a new patient, treated by a Dr, and scheduled our next appointment all by 4 minutes after our scheduled time! AMAZING! The entire staff, from receptionist, to nurse, to Dr, to check out was happy and helpful! Our family has found a new dermatologist!

I was very pleased with my visit with Schweiger Dermatology group. I highly recommended Amanda Perez she took care of my first ever head-to-toe appointment checkup as well as her assistant, Julia. I was a little nervous because I didnt know what to expect, but they were both very sweet and knowledgeable. I felt very safe and comfortable in their care. I look forward to working with Schweiger and particularly Amanda in the future with the hopes they take preventative care measures as it pertains to my skin.
