The office team is always personable and professional. The Moh’s team Dr Ashton his assistant and the nurse make you feel completely comfortable like your visiting old friends. This is my second visit for a Moh’s procedure many years apart. The procedure was painless and all the aftercare was fully explained that I did not have any questions. If needed again I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Extremely happy patient!

Explained my treatments and prescribed prescriptions at low cost. If a prescription is high cost, she would let me know beforehand. Mostly, she shows her careness. She's the best dermatologist there. My issue was with a rash that was itching, failed to improve by care from another provider. Further, I had wounds that were not healing, the Nurse Practitioner Laurie took cultures and was very thorough. Finally, everything is healing. I'm reading other people's reviews. Some are pretty negative.. I know they have several locations. Based on my experience which was nothing but positive, I would highly recommend Northfield office. Dr. Florida Tan is highly knowledgeable (she named different infections on my skin by looking at them for 3 seconds) and she's a true professional. Great sense of humor too, which is something comforting when you're visiting a dermatologist. It was very easy to schedule my 1st and my follow-up appointment. I was told by other providers, I would have to wait at least 2-3 weeks, but when I called, I had my 1st appointment within 2 days. I also had no issues pushing my follow-up appointment a bit earlier. I was given several choices in fact . My 1st and follow-up appointments were amazing. During the 1st one my new dermatologist examined my entire body, finding and locating spots I wasn't aware existed. She explained why the previous dermatological clinic failed to treat me properly and why I my condition worsened, which turned out to be the strength of the skin ointment. She then prescribed the appropriate strength and another cream to eliminate the damage. During my 2nd appointment I described some new issues with the infection, & my Dr knew right away what caused the infection to spread, which made total sense. I got new medications to treat both issues and some very helpful tips on what to do in the future to prevent it from spreading to other parts of my body. The entire experience put my mind to rest. My only regret is I didn't go to Schweiger Dermatology from the beginning of this infection, which would have saved me from a number of issues I had to deal with, but at least it's now manageable and I have all the tools and info I need to get everything under control.

Provider was very knowledgeable. I learned something new during my appointment . I went for treatment for melasma (discoloration of my skin) and not only did the doctor give me a great treatment plan for my skin but also for my scalp. I’m not embarrassed to share but he told me I had oily skin then questioned if I suffered from dandruff and an itchy scalp? I didn’t answer right away because I was wonder if he saw my scalp flaking. He didn’t but he let me know that it wasn’t dandruff it was actually oil. When you body run out of places to excrete the oil it will come out of your head. Who knew? He prescribed a medicated shampoo and it worked instantly! If you want an update on the Malayan, it is a slow process but clearing up.

Took my teenage grandson to be seen by Robert Thomas. PA. He was very pleasant and took his time explaining the diagnosis, causes and treatment to both my grandson and myself, ensuring that all of our questions were answered before we left. Staff were pleasant and attentive. The only negative was the hour wait time before seeing PA Thomas. When we asked it was indicated that he was new to this practice and it was taking longer to obtain information from each patient but the next visit would not be as long. Understandable…and I believe it will be worth the 45 minute ride we take to get there.

From the second I first walked in I felt at ease. I was nervous and embarrassed at the same time. I was there for my first session of lazer hair removal. The beautiful ladies are the front desk greeted me instantly and with a smile. They handed me my paperwork and I filled it out, returned it and by the time I sat back down I was called back. Dr. Hardaway made me feel comfortable and explained what the process was and answered my questions and then the procedure began. I have been going back every 6 weeks and I still love going.

Northfield, NJ Office on Tilton Road. I was a patient of Schweiger, in the Philadelphia 8th Street office. I reside in N.J. and, as a result of the forced COVID episode, I wanted to eliminate a commute on public transportation into Philadelphia. I was happy to find that Schweiger had a South Jersey location. The telephone contact with their patient contact staff was always good and I was very happy with the helpful manner in making a transferring office appointment, and using their existing data base for my file information. I was happy with the office COVID safety measures. I was extremely entertained during my entry waiting room sit by the artwork. The wall art and statuary placement was quirky and interesting. At a future visit I hope to be given permission to see a hallway I missed. The visit with the Nurse Practitioner went well after another expected additional wait.

This one is located next to the Kensington Furniture store at 200 Tilton Rd. Don't blink or you will pass it. The office is comfortably appointed, cheerful, and so is the reception staff. Kiera and Maryanne made you feel at home. The wait time was minimal. I made my first visit on a Friday two weeks ago specifically to see Sandra Vause, MD, FAAD. I wanted to see a doctor who was familiar with my tone, texture, and color of skin. Dr. Vause fit the bill perfectly! She was totally attentive and professional as I voiced my complaint. She did a thorough examination of my chest, back, and scalp. Finally, she asked a few probing questions and had a diagnosis and treatment. Two inexpensive creams later and my skin condition was repaired. Schweiger Dermatology Group is very fortunate to have such an experienced, competent Dermatologist as part of their staff. I'm also thankful that I no longer have to travel to Philadelphia, Pa. for this service

I have had Psoriasis now for 15 years and have been to 5 different doctors in that time (because of relocation). At Schweiger, my doctor is Dr David- she is by far the nicest, smartest doctor that I have had. She takes the time to better understand you and your condition. Many doctors that I have had were in and out of the room in 5 minutes. Not Dr David! She spent more than enough time to "hear" me and came up with a great treatment plan. I first visited Derm One about 5 years ago, feels more like 10 though. What was prescribed then worked perfectly. In May of 2018, my employer decided to terminate my position. I realized I was running low on my prescription so I needed to make an appointment quickly. Called them Monday and was given an appointment for Wednesday of the same week. I was the last patient of the day. There were 2 people ahead of me and I still was in and out in under 1 hr. Dermatologist name was Sal, lady at the desk, forgot her name but I'll call her Katie for names sake. Both of them including the female that escorted me to the patient room were very friendly. I can only speak of the people I interacted with but after reading some of the bad reviews I was very surprised and can only imagine those reviews were based on interaction with other employees or the reviewers themselves were being difficult. Working in retail for 18 years, I can tell you for sure, you just can't please everyone. They'll get refferals and 5 stars from me all day.

Lisa Ledden is Wonderful! But, a have a problem with the person who administered the anesthesia. She put the gloves on, picked up the needle, and opened the trash can with her hand (while holding the needle) instead of using the foot lever. Then, she administered the anesthesia and when she was done, some fell into my eye. My eyes were closed luckily and the spot being scraped was at my hair line - far from my eyes. Just wanted you to know. Everyone else was perfect in their jobs!
