Provider we saw took time to listen to our case history, concerns, and did not simply push steroidal creams and show us the door like other places we've been like to do. Gave us new ideas on possible triggers for our child's eczema. Recommended a specific pharmacy which gave us a huge discount over what our insurance would have typically covered.

I choose this location because it was so close to home. I discovered them through a postcard in the mail. I also had met one medical assistant at the store where I work and asked questions. Yeah, If you need MOHS unfortunately you have to go to King of Prussia as of 2025. But my N.P. and the intern (?) were really nice, and knowledgeable. I had a skin tag-like growth frozen. My insurance does cover it, BUT Schweiger Dermatology Group is not listed on Cigna's app ⚠️ I don't know who has to fix that, but there are probably many people missing out on the opportunity to come here because they're under the false impression that it's not covered by their insurance. I'm glad that I called.

It was easy to get an appointment spot using the scheduling app. The office is large so they can accommodate a large amount of patients. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a nice location with plenty of parking. My prescription was able to be fulfilled on line with a scheduled delivery. I recommend Schweiger Group for your dermatology needs

After not being able to schedule an appointment at my regular dermatologist office for at least three or four months I was able to get a next day appointment at The Schweiger dermatology group where I was seen by their physician assistant. This allowed me to get treatment for an issue, which I was concerned about and provided me peace of mind that I did not need to wait months to be seen. The office experience was very efficient and the physician assistant was knowledgeable and able to treat my condition quickly. In addition, the office sent a text message with a link in case I had any questions or concerns after my visit that needed to be addressed. This is a nice feature, even though I did not have to use it. I can recommend this practice to others who may need urgent attention For a dermatological issue.

I have been dealing with major hair loss. I finally made a call and booked an appointment to see any dermatologist at the Derm Group. I was lucky to have Alexis Turbin PA-C (North Wales location) as my provider! The second I described what was happening, she knew exactly what it was and prescribed me the correct medication. The fact that she knew and had a confident answer made me feel 100% confident in her. I went to so many other doctors for this hair loss and no one could figure out what it was. She knew exactly what it was the second she walked in the door!!! It has been nearly 5 months now and my hair is completely grown back (just waiting for it to get long now)! The before and after pictures are amazing! Alexis is super intelligent and so knowledgeable about everything we discussed. She took the time to sit with me for my whole visit and fully answer every question I had. She did not rush me out or dismiss me like other providers at different places have in the past. Also, Melissa is so kind and sweet. I feel so welcomed by everyone. I have already referred 8 people to go see her and I believe 6/8 people so far have seen her, and they also say they love Alexis and that she helped them so much! I have had multiple dermatologists in the past but I kept having issues over and over again throughout the years. When I told Alexis my issues, she made me feel a thousand times better. From the beginning she was clear and honest. She told me not to expect miracles right away! She told me it was going to take time for me to get where I wanted to be but she was going to be there for me the whole time. She explained my options and always made sure that I felt comfortable. I have been with her for over three months now and she is always checking on my process and making sure I am doing what I need to do. Melissa is one of the nicest persons working with Alexis. She is always making sure I am doing that I am suppose to do! They are truly the best team! I travel an hour to see them every month and it is worth every second.

Alexis was absolutely a delight during my appointment last week, hands down the best dermatologist I’ve ever been to! This was my first time at The Derm Group, and my first skin check in years. I’m covered in freckles and moles so I was incredibly anxious for this appointment, but Alexis calmed me down and made me feel so comfortable - she explained to me everything she found, taught me what to look for when checking myself at home, gave me great tips for protecting my fair skin while in the sun this summer, and even gave me a sample to help with the sun spots on my face! From start to finish of my surgery, the entire team was incredibly considerate in ensuring I was comfortable and keeping my mind at ease. In addition, they were very timely in returning any calls regarding any questions I had, as well as following up on received results. Onto my dermatologist Alexis. Alexis is one of the best individual people I’ve dealt with in the medical field. She was truly exceptional in performing the excision and was constantly checking in to ensure there was no discomfort, answering all my questions, and addressing any of my concerns. Her performance was what I would describe as the complete opposite of trash. I would recommend her to anyone. My only recommendation for improvement would be to allow the staff to select the music played in the office.
