Despite the unnecessary 1 full hour waiting room experience, I was relieved with PA Fatima Abdullah’s close attention to my recent skin issue which receded just before my visit, where she patiently and kindly detailed possible causes and remedies, then treated certain spots and recommended a prescription for other existing issues. The receptionist, Juanita, went above and beyond in scheduling and sending my medical records to my primary doctor. She was both professional and very friendly and helpful. Kathleen was a fantastic nurse practitioner who explained the problem as well as the multi week solution. She wrote me a prescription and I followed her advice regarding care. I already feel improvement the day after. So obviously, I think she’s great! Soraya, the assistant, was also super nice and professional when she took my medical history. First time seeing Dr. Henderson. Everything was great ! Initially, my appointment was booked a month out, but there was a cancellation and they were able to reschedule me for a few days out. The ladies working and running the practice were all super nice and helpful. Dr. Henderson saw me promptly. Maybe a 3 minute wait in the exam room which was great. At other doctors it can take 30-40 minutes ! Dr. Henderson clearly was a good system in place. He was very personable and examined my moles and some things I had concerns about. He recommended freezing a couple spots and took photos for future reference and comparisons. He was quick, but thorough. It was a great visit and I definitely recommend seeing him !!!

The staff are all friendly, efficient (I’m always greeted with a smile, some friendly chit-chat.). Okay always receive a text AND a phone call to remind me of an upcoming appointment. Things I don’t like: I‘llama have to get back to you on that point. (This reads like I might be getting paid. Nope. I like the guy. I like his work. He’s got a reserve about him that could strike some as distance, especially if you had been a patient of the wonderfully gregarious Dr. Herzlinger, but he answers any question I ask with enthusiasm. And the staff is great. Despite all the freezing, cutting, poking as this old white guy [who spent too much of his youth in the Southern California sun] has endured in that office, I like them very much.)
