When you walk in, you can tell that they keep pride in what they do. Dr. Perez was so kind and went above and beyond. Her and Amanda (her Medical Assistant) truly made you feel heard and supported. I’ve had an exceptional experience being a new patient to Schweiger Dermatology Group. I’ve had appointments in their Milford and Norwalk offices and both locations boast helpful, friendly and experienced staff members. The facilities are clean and tastefully designed, and both appointments started right on time. Amanda Perez, APRN exceeded all of my expectations during my appointments. She is thorough and knowledgeable in her field and helped me navigate the best treatment options for my skincare needs. I was shocked to discover Amanda was new to the dermatology practice as a APRN because she seemed like she had years of experience under her belt! Amanda performed a thorough skin assessment on me and listened intently to all my concerns. She is kind, professional and brings a lighthearted nature to her bedside approach. I felt comfortable speaking openly with her and that’s hard to do when meeting a new provider. Amanda wrote me a prescription to help my keratosis pilaris, and it started to help within a week. I also have rosacea which is worsening with age that I am becoming self conscious about. She recommended vbeam and clear and brilliant which she did in the same appointment. I did not want numbing but she offered it several times and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I am going back next month for another treatment and I can’t wait to see my results! 10/10 recommend this practice and provider Amanda!

I've seen a Dr and an APRN at the Milford office for appointments and both were Great! Quick appointments and friendly staff. Just make sure you clarify your insurance(s) and that they have Both if you have 2 separate kinds. Definitely recommend! Update: just recently visited on 1/2025 and saw a different Provider and I'm extremely happy with her as well. I moved and I have to drive about an hour to get to the office. Totally worth it. I got an appointment for just 3 days after the day I called. I was so happy! Still highly Recommend!! 👍

I was referred by my breast surgeon to have a spot looked at on my face as it could be cancerous. I called to make an appt the very next day. I got an appt for the following morning before 8am with the PA. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left after having the lesion biopsied it was such a pleasant experience. Every step of the biopsy was explained to me as well as treatment options after pathology returns if it should be cancer. It is a wonderful place that I would be more than happy to recommend. Medication: I am most impressed by how quickly they called in my prescription. Most offices I’m playing phone tag with the doctor & pharmacy for hours or even weeks! They sent it in IMMEDIATELY and sent me home with samples. Doctor/PA: Michael Thibault, P.A. is skilled at communicating his medical expertise to the medically uneducated. He listened to my concerns, diagnosed & prescribed me a solution quickly. Explained how my prescription was supposed to work and how it differed from other options. Office: Made my appointment only an hour before, and the office got me in and out very quickly. Didn’t feel rushed or dragged on. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. It was easy to contact them about follow up questions.

Dr, Bandow is AMAZING, laid back enough to make you feel comfortable and attentive and will not laugh at any question. ALL the staff in Milford and Norwalk were all very nice, and they are very well organized . With the pandemic going on things can be tough when going to a medical office and dealing with the public, but they all were still very welcoming and I felt safe. I am happy to be a patient there and will refer anyone that needs a dermatologist to them. Edit** I've since been back since my original review and Google asked me to update. Still a great practice. I've seen a couple Dr's in the milfird office and they are kind and explain things to you.

As a new patient, I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The PA that I saw took good care of me and addressed my concerns appropriately. I will return every 6 months for skin check or in between as needed. The space was nice and other staff were friendly too.

First time visiting. I was a loyal patient of Dr. Savin. Being a POC, Dr. Savin ensured my skin kept its glow, elasticity and recognized the strengths of melanin. Finding a new dermatologist has been on my list. CT weather made securing a dermatologist my #1 priority. Went to Yelp and found this group less than a mile from work, they accepted my insurance and…appointment available the next day. Received call mid morning that Dr Thibault had a cancellation and I was given an opportunity to be seen earlier. WINNING!! Receptionist was nice and efficient. I waiting in waiting room no more than 5 minutes and nurse was nice and efficient. MD was prompt and engaging. Asked pertinent questions.

A quick google search led me to CDG and I was lucky enough to meet John Jasinski PA-C who assessed and successfully treated me all in one week as a new patient! He’s very knowledgeable and personable. He remembered small details we spoke about on my first appointment. During my procedure he walked me through it entirely and gave best recommendation for post procedure care. I also admired the way in which he works with his assisting staff who were also just as amazing. I was nervous about the cost of the procedure and to my surprise my copay was easily affordable! My husband went in for psoriasis. The doctor was amazing. The medicine has shown great results. However, the response through phone service, is horrible. The staff at the front desk are rude and have no respect. My husband went in today and one of the receptionist made a comment about his clothing. He is a mechanic and was on duty. At least he has a job, it may not be a clean one, but it pays the bills.

Dr. Bandow is an excellent physician. She takes time with you to explain you condition and goes beyond medicine to treat it. She seems to be very knowledgeable in how the whole body and environment effects your body. The staff at the Ct Dermatology Group is very professional and courteous. The office is cheerfully decorated. The wait is very minimal, which is very uncommon for doctors offices! Highly recommend this practice and Doctor!

Doctor John Janowski and Jodi put you at ease. Annual skin cancer exam was thorough and they addressed my concerns.
I had to have something removed from around my eye which involved needles. I was not to thrilled but Dr. T was very gentle and reassuring. Hands down one of the best places I have been to for dermatology.
The staff and the patient care are great. The texts and emails are over the top annoying.
