I booked on Zocdoc 1hr and 1/2 before visit. The best ever ! Right after preliminaries my name was called. I was given another option if the prescription didn't work. Warm and kind intimate visit.
I had a really great experience with this dermatologist. She was very kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. The staff were also very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. As a patient, you can sometimes feel worried or hopeless, but doctors like her truly make a difference. She made me feel comfortable, understood, and mentally at ease. Every is good, but the waiting to see dermatologist a bit longer than expected even I have specific time for my appointment.

She's wonderful. She was very nice and very sweet but also very attentive and smart. She really listened and explained everything. She didn't even mind that I was talking a lot. She was there to listen and help
My visit with Dr. Dennis Porto went well. He addressed my skin issues and told me to increase the amount of times per week I use my rub-on skin medications on the irritated areas. The staff are all very courteous and efficient.

Polite staff, work quickly, sometimes you may have to wait, but it's not a problem. They removed a mole and told me to buy Vaseline, but I asked them and they gave it to me in a jar. They also gave me a lot of SPF cream and adhesive plasters
