Everything went well. No wait time. Friendly staff. Clean, modern office. The practitioner, Nina, was very professional, explained things meticulously and had great bedside manner. No complaints at all.

One of the few dermatologists that answered my medical questions, and didn’t press cosmetic procedures and sales. Highly recommend this facility! No wait time!
The doctor visit went flawlessly. She prescribed and called it into the pharmacy promptly. By the second day, we were already seen great results. It was an excellent experience.
Dr. Jadoo is the best dermatologist that I have ever seen. AMAZING!! The Dr. was extremely nice & empathetic. He didn’t rushed me. On the contrary, he reviewed my medical history, asked me questions about my symptoms and did a detailed assessment. Prescribed me a medication, but once the results from tests are back, the treatment plan would be changed to a much better one. Dr & nurse Melanie make me feel welcome as a new patient with genuine desired in helping with my health issues. They took their time in asking me specific questions about my conditions. They didn’t care to see me for various different health issues. Both listened to me as one person with several health conditions happening in one body simultaneously. Extremely professional & unique. Hard to find a Dr & staff as competent & caring like them. When I opened the office door, I was greeter with a beautiful smile by Kailyn. The whole office and provider were great! The office had great communications all throughout the day leading up until the appointment and even after the appointment ended. The provider was on time, nice and listened to what I had to say while addressing my issues. I would highly recommend.

Really helpful administrative staff. Everyone is very polite and in a good mood, had some hiccup with my insurance but they were very assuring and walked me through it. Later when I met with the doctor, he was very friendly and eased a lot of my concerns while also listening and making sure I got the correct treatment. Overall, a smooth and really assuring experience.

Dr. Benjamin Witkoff is not only very pleasant, but he also makes you feel that he cares about you. He takes his time with you, and you don't feel rushed. I left my last dermatologist because I always felt like we were late, and she was always stressed. Dr. Witkoff and his staff are very friendly. They always greet you with a smile. Highly recommended!

From the warm, friendly and efficient staff … to the VERY knowledgeable, patient and caring doctor … and the clean and beautiful and convenient location of the office … there aren’t enough good things to say about this practice! They’re top notch, 5 star rated and they hold true to their name. I have permanently made them my dermatology family after my first visit and already looking forward to my next visit in 6 months!! After recently losing my father to skin cancer, I wish we had met them earlier. I trust them with my life and was beyond blessed when I was able to book a same day appointment on ZocDoc!!! I had an excellent experience seeing Amalia Furman, NP, for my dermatology appointment over Zoom. The entire process was simple and stress-free — I connected right on time without having to sit in a waiting room. Amalia was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She really listened to all my concerns, examined my skin thoroughly through the camera, and explained my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed — she made sure all my questions were answered. I also appreciated how quickly she sent over detailed follow-up notes and my prescription the same day. Amanda called me twice before the appointment to ensure I had everything ready, and also guided me extensively through the registration process. I had trouble following the instructions, but Amanda helped me log in and navigate the online portal. Her office was incredibly accommodating and patient even though I ended up being late to the appointment. Amanda listened to my concerns, walked me through several different treatment options, and truly collaborated with me when it came to treating my rosacea. She also helped educate me with some facts about my condition, and why one medication I was interested in might not be the best for me long term. She got my prescriptions to the pharmacy immediately, and reassured me that I could message her on the portal if I had any issues or reactions to the meds. Then, she scheduled a follow up without rerouting me anywhere else and helped pick the best date for my schedule. It was so refreshing to feel like I was heard and respected. So happy!show more

When you get there go to the office elevator at the entrance past the parking garage and go to the 3rd floor. Got in and out very easily and they gave me a quick injection the solved my HS (which I didn’t know I had until the doctor told me). I’m going back next month, I encourage you to join me. Not literally, but just go in and see their expertise for yourself.

Good experience, easy to park, there is a public city lot just behind the building on 17th street, was ~$3 for 2 hours Easy to find, reception was nice, iPad for putting in data myself (preferred imo). Was seen quickly, nurse was kind, Dr Jadoo was kind, didn’t make me feel embarrassed. Very grateful he could help with my issue, and was patient and caring during the procedure, making sure I was comfortable
