Dr. Falcon and his staff are the best. Early morning appointments so you can get in and out and leave plenty of time to get to work on time. Very professional.

I had a great experience with my dermatologist. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout my procedure. Everyone in the office was welcoming from the moment I walked in. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this dermatologist and her team to anyone looking for excellent, caring skin care.

Great office staff. They pretty much stay to their appointment times. Dr. Daniel Schmidt is an excellent dermatologist. Takes her time to explain everything, Extremely knowledgeable, and a great doctor. I highly recommend them!

My appointment was scheduled for 7:50am. I was there at 7:30am and I was seen a little before 8 am in the Bayside office, however one day prior to this visit I had an appointment in the garden city office and they cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before my appointment time! I was very upset cause I was already arriving!!! The receptionist who called me was not comfortable with my angry tone! I quickly calmed down and asked to speak with someone else. How do you do that to someone without remorse or understanding from your prospective client/patient! They blamed Zoc Doc on the error! This place has become the Home Depot, Walmart, and other huge stores for dermatology! That’s fine I guess but at least customers are not turned away after they’ve driven 40 minutes!!! Thank you for reading. My hope is that they hire a standby dermatologist that takes patients in need when unexpected happens! show more

My daughter and I had an appointment on Sat 6/21/25 at 11:00 am. We arrived at 10:30 am. Our first visit with the office and we had the most exceptional experience. The friendliest office that I have ever been to. Once we signed all our first visit paperwork we turned to sit and were called in as soon as we sat down. The physician assistant was clear with all questions and concerns. The doctor came into the exam room and confirmed all our concerns she did her thing and explained to us with such clarity very humble and made us feel like family. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend this office for your Dermatology needs. show more

Excellent experience at here! The front desk staff is kind and friendly. The nurse is extremely compassionate! Vincenzo Mangione is wonderful. He spent a great deal of time with my son explaining to him exactly what he will do and made him feel reassured and very comfortable! Thank you so much for making this such a great experience! Dr. Fenton takes the time to understand your needs, explains various options and helps to find solutions. I couldn't be happier with his care.

The exam was conducted professionally and thoroughly and everything was explained and the compassion was off the charts and since nothing funky was discovered it could not have gone better.
Krista Trinidad did the whole body moles screening. She examined very carefully. She also answered my other questions thoroughly. I highly recommend to see her!
