Dr. Chung was lovely! She was so kind, listened to me, and efficiently provided care. I had to have 3 suspicious moles removed and she did so quickly and efficiently but without making me feel rushed or not heard. I’m happy I went to Dr. Chung for a second opinion on my hair loss. She had my hormones tested for PCOS, whereas my first dermatologist simply wrote my hair loss off as genetics. Now I know what I’m dealing with and address it from there. Learnt a lot from my visits. Highly recommend.

The receptionist was helpful, we waited for minimal amount of time, and the assistant/tech who took us back was extremely friendly and listened to my concerns. Dr. Weimann was amazing with my daughter. She took the time to show her what was going to happen and made her feel comfortable. She provided an iPad when the procedure was going to be uncomfortable and she was very efficient so it was quick and as painless as possible. She made more of an effort with my daughter than some pediatricians we have seen in the past at doctors offices. Great experience overall.

I could rave about Dr. Rina Weimann for days! She has been helping my 7 month old with a severe reoccurring rash. She constantly was in contact making sure she was good or if we needed to switch our plan to treat the rash. She advocated for us at chop when it came to time to go to an ER. We are thankful for her caring so much and even going out of her way to check on her. We appreciate you more than you will ever know! Your compassion and care did not go unnoticed!

I rarely feel comfortable in a doctor's office, this was the exception. I will say my appointment was backed up by over 40 minutes. I'm still giving 5 stars because this seemed the fault of the clientele and not the office. While I waited in the waiting room multiple people walked in apologizing to the staff for their lateness. The staff seem to do what they can to accommodate the disruption.

This was my first time at this practice and had a very good experience. I was greeted quickly and everyone was very nice. I was a little bit early so I waited a little bit (but in no means an awful wait). Once I was taken back I was quickly seen with my provider who was able to explain what I was concerned about. This is my first visit to the office on 1st Avenue and I will say I was glad to see the practice has a diverse staff. I discovered 2 years ago that psoriasis is depicted on Google as pink and inflamed, African American people are a kelidascope of skin colors but I couldn't find an image that reflected my ailment...WebMD and Google diagnostic clues left me in fear of the worst. I would like to have a Dermatologist that understands that POC can present different...I am pleased so far with the PA who examined me and she made me feel comfortable with the treatment, she explained the condition, my level of treatment and we had a few good laughs. The exam room was up to date, comfortable and spacious. I have another appointment for a removable of a growth ...will follow up then.

I visited Schweiger Dermatology for my annual skin screening. The waiting time was < 5 minutes, the doctor explained what they were about to do in advance, and the staff was very friendly. However, I was not happy with the ZocDoc scheduling experience. ZocDoc is obviously a service with no regards for privacy, and they will sent numerous annoying and unnecessarily verbose messages, to get as much information about your medical records as possible, so they can sell them.

After a hair color process about 5 weeks ago, I was experiencing some scalp itching and redness on certain areas of scalp. After 3 weeks of this I decided to see a dermatologist. Dr. Rina said a color irritant was the cause of my scalp issue. Using a lotion she prescribed has helped resolve the problem. I was very happy with my visit. At 1st, I was annoyed since I saw the Doctor 30 minutes late; however, she did take her time with me , read my list of concerns, and did offer possible solutions. She also arranged for a biopsy of my skin. I would have rated my visit as 5 stars except for the fact that I don't know what the results of the biopsy is and the scheduled follow-up treatment. Overall, a very good visit, and I do trust the Doctor and her team will follow-up with me.

Dr Ilyas is amazing. I went to 3 different doctors for a rash on my back and nobody could figure out what was causing it. They eventually told me it was eczema and gave me a steroid cream but something told me that I didn't have eczema. I made an apt with Dr Ilyas. Dr Ilyas was the only one who correctly diagnosed my condition. The only complaint is be prepared to wait. Sometimes I have to wait a long time in the waiting room but I think it is worth the wait.
