Her staff members provided me with sample products to take home with me and try out. I was delighted to get a quicker appointment through Zocdoc! Actually, I received an appointment on May 30, and then Zocdoc found a time on May 21 for me, which I accepted. Excellent. Dr. Moriah is very professional and pleasant. I am returning in 8 weeks for a follow up visit. I was so relieved to see a dermatology professional quickly.

Friendly reception, short wait, and excellent doctor. Dr. Davis subscribes to an older school of thought. She LISTENS, processes and recommendations. Too many doctors, including my own I’m leaving, have a set narrative regardless of what you might say. Dr. Davis was pleasantly assertive with her conviction and yet comforting with her disposition.

My primary said she had no idea what it was and did 2 punch biopsies before referring me to dermatology or considering symptoms over the last 6 months. So far I'm very pleased with this group and staff were all very nice!

Making appointments is seamless. They are a busy office but on top of their game. Dr. Sauvageau and staff did an excellent job on my biopsies, cryogenics and Mohs procedure. I am grateful I have a quality place to go for my dermatologic needs and concerns. I highly recommend.

I was greeted by the girl behind the desk with a smile, I didn't have to wait long un the waiting room, I prefer to be called Cathy rather then Catherine, and they did so. Brigid was amazing! From my arrival to the doctors office I was greeted by the receptionist with professionalism and great attitude. I was called back to the examination room in a timely manner. I first met with the Physician Assistant, he confirmed my information and explained to me what the examination would involve. The Doctor then did the examination and explained what he was looking for and what I should look for in the future . I recently had a cyst drained and had a great experience. I am a registered nurse so of course I had a lot of questions… I asked the PA (Zachary Simons) about why he didn’t use packing. He explained that it’s not necessary unless you're immunocompromised or diabetic. I had a similar cyst drained ten years ago and the dermatologist packed it and it caused a lot of pain. The PA prescribed one week of doxycycline before and after the procedure, to ensure a smooth healing process. Despite some mild post-procedure pain, the recommendations of tylenol by the PA and continued antibiotics managed it well. Overall, the experience was seamless and his professional approach reassured me throughout. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent service. Wonderful staff. Very clean facility. From reception to administrative to medical staff they smile and are welcoming and helpful. Friendly. THEY LISTEN. If you call, you get a friendly voice who is helpful. The medical service feels appropriate and they will explain what you don't quite understand. They are RESPECTFUL. You may even laugh and feel like you just had a short visit with a friend... even if a procedure might have to hurt a little bit, you can trust that they have your best interest in mind. I also noticed that they are kind to each other as they professionally work (which tells you a lot about how you will be treated because an overly tired angry staff would give lousy service).

Melissa - she knows exactly what she's talking about. she specializes in exactly what i was diagnosed with and her positive attitude made me feel 1000% better about my diagnosis. was struggling with primary doctors for a week, just looking for answers - getting very confused looks and a lot of "i don't know's". dermatologists are specialized skin doctors for a reason, and now come to find out why! i am new to the world of Psoriasis specifically being a young adult, but i felt comfortable, calm, and optimistic about the road ahead just based off of our appointment. super accommodating too - was recommended by a family friend, and Melissa told her to bring me in right away. the rest of the staff is super positive and understanding as well! just a very put together environment. in and out in a timely manner with no complications. definitely a greatly educated team! :)

Going into the practice, I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into. I never had really been fond of regularly seeing dermatologists, especially for issues relating to my skin (I feel as though there’s never a clear and concise answer, or at least something to give me hope). Not only did Melissa assist me with a removal that could’ve grown to be cancerous, but discovered something totally unrelated and outside of the dermatological field. I’m not the one to leave reviews, but I never have had a good experience at a doctor’s office before. Reading these reviews makes me feel hope for people who have never been able to feel comfortable having their issues be handled by a medical professional, one with a sense of urgency and personable likeliness. Reviewing other reviews, I’ve got to say — any negativity has been the COMPLETE opposite of what I had experienced; bedside manners were present, although she had other priorities, she stayed the extra few minutes to make me feel cared for.

Finally I came across this office and said Melissa had a opening same day for new patients! The nurse who took me back to room was so nice and answered a ton of my questions off the bat! Then I meet Melissa and she was so awesome and new exactly what she was talking about! I will make her my new dermatologist !!! I will also spread the word and recommend her to my friends and family!
I have seen Dr. Delgado for 3 years now. She always takes her time, carefully answering all questions I have. She takes great care to ensure I fully understand my course of treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and any time she was unsure of something- she didn't just make something up. She made sure to let me know of her uncertainty and followed up within a timely manner. I wish she was a family practitioner because I would prefer to have her for all of our healthcare needs.
