My recent visit to Schweiger was my second visit. From the moment I entered the door, I was placed in a very welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was professional yet warm. She completed her questions professionally and quickly. From there I was moved to an examination room and asked the preliminary questions concerning my health and reason for my visit. After the interview it was game time. Kasey Mason proceeded to examine my upper body, recommended treatment, and compelted all phases of the proscess. I give her a 10. Very satisfied!

I had an appointment with united skin Specialists in Glen Carbon Illinois on August 2nd which was referred by my primary doctor concerning two spots that were questionable on my face and head. I filled out my paper work and the receptionist was extremely helpful and actually pronounced my last name correctly! Amy the physicians assistant finished the paperwork in a few minutes. Then Dr. Schnietz came in and asked me a few questions pertaining to my questionable spots and asked if any family members had similar problems repeating what the physicians assistant had asked me earlier. To make sure of my family history. I received the first option of taking pictures of the two questionable spots and make a future appointment to see if there were any changes in size or color. Or option two which the doctor said he would remove them now, dress them and the two removed skin anomalies would be sent off to wash-u for testing. I would receive the results in one to two weeks. I decided to have the two spots removed by the Doctor and his assistant and have them sent off to Wash-U and I will be waiting for the test results. I have to say one of the best experiences with a doctor and nurse for our first visit. I thought I would have to go back at a later date for the removal of the two areas in question. All my questions answered along with how to dress my two areas that were operated on. I have to say this place is building a very good reputation and thank you for your services! Mike

Minimal wait time after filling out new pt. forms. 2 nurses introduced themselves to my husband and I as they walked us to the procedure room and asked us questions re: medical hx. & Medications. They then prepped my husband for his MOHS surgery. Dr. McArthur came in, introduced herself, examined him, and explained what she would be doing, how she would do it, & what to expect afterwards. She then gave us the opportunity to ask questions. Long story short, my husband was found to have 2 types of cancer Basal cell carcinoma as well as squamous cell. He is now cancer free.Thank God & Thank you Dr. McArthur. From start to finish EVERYONE was courteous, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, & kind. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend this skin care facility to anyone. Thank you ALL….🤗

Today was my first visit. Everyone was very friendly, I was taken in on time, and I liked the doctor and felt satisfied with his recommendations. He listen to my concerns and addressed them with recommendations for medication and different skin care products. I feel hopeful that I will get some relief for my irritated skin.

I have seen Dr. Schnietz twice so far. His bedside manner is top notch. Very informative and doesn’t rush the appointment. Sarah his Medical Assistant is wonderful. She is very caring and makes you feel comfortable during your visit. The ladies at the front desk are so polite and friendly as well. The office is still new and very clean.
