What a night and day difference between Clayton Shultz and Gilroy's California Skin Institute's Ashley Baksh. Ashley has a warm personality, is very throughout and gave me drugstore sunscreen recommendations when asked. She addressed every concern I had had brought up with the MA. She also sent me home with prescriptions to treat my concerns and samples of her recommend brand of sunscreen, La Roche-Posay. I was seen promptly and they were very professional. Clayton has a cold personality, tried selling me on expensive in house avaliable skin care products and would not ask about the things I brought up with the MA. There were times I left Clayton's office, only to realize a short time later that all of my concerns for my annual skin care check where not addressed. You always wait at Clayton's office. In the waiting room and in the office rooms. Thank you Ashley for your wonderful treatment today as a PA.

Just want to start off with saying that Dr. SD is one of the best doctors that I have ever met. She makes sure to cover all bases with any concern that you have. She takes her time and seems really concerned about any issues a patient might be having. The girl that was assisting her was really caring and nice as well. I had multiple issues that I needed addressed about my skin, and the physician's assistant was able to clearly explain things to me and gave me some prescriptions, with a whole year's worth of refills. She was extremely nice, having great bedside manner. She told me I could get a consult with an esthetician at another office for a cosmetic skin issue but that or any lazer treatment from an esthetician wouldn't be covered by my insurance. Arrived for a 4:15pm appointment and wasn’t seen until a little after 5pm. As soon as Ashley Baksh entered the room she immediately apologized for the wait. I appreciated this gesture as my 3 year old was getting a little fussy waiting. My daughter has seen three different dermatologists, Ashley being the third, and we’ve finally got a treatment plan set for her facial flare ups! Being a middle schooler is rough enough and her flare ups didn’t make it any easier for her. Ashley listened to us and was genuinely concerned. Prescribed medication for her and flare ups were gone within 2 weeks. I realize medical professionals see hundreds of patients a day so I never expect them to remember us but Ashley did. Very attentive and caring. So glad she was referred to us!

I am very pleased with my experience here. I had a full body exam done with Dr. Constautinescu, MD and Ally, MA. They both made me feel super comfortable. Dr. Constautinescu kindly gave me a very thorough exam and was very reassuring. Not only that, but I was able to get 2 removals VERY quick and easy. I didn't even expect them to remove it right away-most places do an exam and then have you come back later if you want a removal. Wait time was also very quick! Go here if you're having any skin anxieties, they'll take care of you. :)

Avis Chiu P.A. is very, very, very good my family loves her. She always explains everything in detail and I exactly understand everything that I want to know. The location was super convenient, right off the freeway, next to Home Depot and the outlets which was a plus. The office staff were extremely friendly and super helpful and the office itself was very clean even though the building itself seemed old. My appointment was at 8:45 and they called me into the back room right on time which was a huge bonus. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue without 1 minute of meeting her. She was a little abrasive but I didn’t need her to give me the warm and fuzzies as all I wanted was to figure out what was wrong with me.

This office is awesome. I took my 4 yr old daughter in to be seen and the medical assistant and provider we saw today made it very comfortable/enjoyable for my daughter not to be scared of her visit. Wait time was pretty fast and the provider answered all my questions before leaving. Usually I don’t experience providers going out their way or taking extra time to make a quick call to the pharmacy to confirm they have her RX in stock.
