Dr. Crandell was professional, personable, fast, and efficient. She quickly removed two skin annomalies and did a cursory skin exam. My only critique or concerns are: 1. We waited 45 minutes after our appointment before seeing her, and the fast cursory exam. 2. as a senior person, I'm more interested in a thorough exam for melanoma, or other skin cancers, rather than esthetics. In her defense, she seemed very busy and I could have asked for a more thorough exam. I thought she was very good and would highly recommend her to anyone.

We did not have to wait long to get an appointment. Dr. Finkel was very personable and informative. We did not wait long in the waiting room either so overall the appointment was a positive experience. My issue is with billing... Dr. Finkel is board certified in emergency medicine and therefore they bill as if this is an urgent care visit. Therefore, even though we paid our co-pay for a specialist visit we got billed extra as if it was a trip to the Walk-In. For this reason we will not be going back.

Friendly, thorough, efficient. Booked an appointment for the same week as a new patient. Arrived a few minutes late due to a scheduling conflict with work, but when I called to make them aware. Started the intake via an iPad that I was able to bring into the room because I was in a room within minutes of arriving (was only 5 minutes late, so that is not a long wait time even if I were on time). Was seen within 5 minutes of getting into the room. Dr Patrick saw me and was efficient and kind, but also very knowledgeable. I was back home within an hour but feel well cared for by the friendly staff. Facility was very clean. Will certainly recommend and return if I need.

I just had dysport here and heather did it. I booked an appointment with Colleen Crandall on Zocdoc as a secondary Botox provider as a few spots were wearing off. Very professional especially with professional courtesy as that I generally see another provider. Many Botox providers are pushy and try to force a switch over when you go to see them for treatment and not just a touch up. There was no forcing of a treatment or trying to push me to using them as a provider. Heather was knowledgeable courteous and did a wonderful job giving me great explanation of the different neuromodulators available. Many different ones you could choose and the office staff was very good as well. I will use Heather again for dysport touch up treatments when I need them at the last minute due to her knowledge and professional ethics. I was very impressed with the clean office and fast appointment. I was a little late bc I called at 9 to make sure I really had an apt as it was zocdoc and they usually are like no we don’t really do Botox here or that person doesn’t and I show up and nothing happens. They had options for different products and I tried the dysport. Pricing was transparent and she didn’t try to overdose me with anything and only did what she felt would hold over for me. Very clean nice office ty again.

After I tried a different dermatologist 6 yrs ago and was turned off by the long wait for appointments, all the hemming and hawing once I had questions for the dr, and the seemingly difficult to answer questions I had, I ignored my problems until I decided i really needed my spots looked at. I called dr fenkls office and was in the next morning and in my first 20 min appointment took care of the problem I’d put off for years! Dr Fenkl was polite, knowledgeable, had no problems answering my questions and made my concerns and problem disappear in minutes. I wish I’d met with Dr Fenkl many years ago!
