Dr. Colleen Crandell is an outstanding provider! She was very personable and kind. She attended to my needs from the minute she walked in the room, even taking the time to ask about me. I felt well cared for and my needs were met. I would highly recommend this provider. I am happy to have found such a great dermatology group. Holly was a great listener and very educated on the products that would help treat my hormonal acne. She explained everything to me and even made sure insurance would cover my medications before prescribing them to avoid high out of pocket costs. She was very professional and friendly as well! I will definitely be back to see Holly again :)

I was very nervous while in the waiting room because I knew I had some type of skin cancer. Once in the treatment room' Patrick Crandall was able to calm down my anxiety. He is very patient and very thourough answering my many questions with his knowledge.I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a dermotologist. He has excellent communication skills with his patients. Befors my appointment I was disappointed to find out Colleen Crandall would not be my provider' but once meeting Patrick' I was very impressed.show more

I really liked the NP I saw yesterday. She was thorough, but also quick. She asked me during the visit and again at the end if I had any concerns. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appt. There was a line to check in so I sat down. One person was checking people in and also out. I got in line right before my appt. When i checked out there were two people at the front desk and no one at the check out desk. I’ve been there before and never had a bad experience show more

I am super impressed—the staff is friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. The office is clean and easy to navigate which floor you need. I booked with Colleen but was notified online that I’d actually be seeing her husband, Patrick. This was easily one of the best appointments I’ve ever had—all of my questions and concerns were answered, he provided different treatment options after diagnosing me with rosacea, and wasn’t pushy in any way about booking future appointments. This is a very relaxed atmosphere but you can see that the providers are knowledgeable and professional. I would absolutely recommend this office! show more
I would return, but not until after the current COVID-19 wave has diminished. Unlike other medical facilities, they did not take my temperature or ask any questions about possible COVID-19 exposure / symptoms before allowing me to enter their facility.

I recently had surgery with Dr. C Crandall my experience was excellent, she was professional, it was painless during the surgery and afterwords. Dr. Crandall answered all of my question taking the time to explain everything in detail. I have been a patient at ST Dermatology for several years and will continue to be in the future.
