The Schweiger Group is the best Dermatology office that I have ever used of all the practices that I have tried in New York City, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Palm Beach. Now my eczema that is nearly under control! I feel great and my skin looks 20 years younger than my friends with the exception of a few little wrinkles on my hands and face (I'm in my mid-60s). I feel like I don't need botox or anything so life I am comfortable with the condition of my skin. I highly recommend Dr. Goodless and the staff is so helpful in booking appointments, and processing my new health insurance coverage. The only thing I think they can improve on is picking up the phone calls faster, but that's typical of everywhere these days in customer service. Other than that a full 10 stars!

Having been a life guard as a kid, I had a lot of unprotected sun exposure when sunscreen was baby oil (ha!) I was reluctant to change dermatologists when I moved to FL from the NY area. I went for my first "full body skin scan" at Goodless Dermatology (since switching from a different dermatologist) and I was a little nervous because there was something that I thought they would have to remove and I'm always uneasy about procedures done without anesthesia. Thankfully, it wasn't something serious, so Tami Santo, DNP APRN gave me the option to remove it or not. Since it had given me some problems in the past, I decided to let her remove it. The medical assistant, who administered the local anesthetic was wonderful and Dr. Santo performed the procedure perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better team! I should also mention that Dr. Santo performed the most thorough full scan I have had over the years with prior dermatologists and totally put my mind at ease that she did not miss a thing. She was extremely professional, and always asked for permission if she was approaching a "sensitive" area. Needless to say, I highly recommend Goodless Dermatology (I have seen Dr. Goodless as well, for a bug bite, and he was fantastic too) for all your dermatological needs.

Most recent is the policy of a $75 deposit to make an appointment! I have been a patient for 12 years and this didn’t sit well with me. Another policy requested of me was to pay in advance for a medical procedure. I kind of understand if it is a cosmetic procedure but not for a routine excision. Perhaps they are having issues with nonpayment? I’m just not feeling the usual welcoming vibe they once had.

I went to the newer Dr. Phillips Office for the first time, and boy, was I impressed! I have been a long-time, but not frequent, patient of Goodless Dermatology. Last week I went back for a rash for the first time in seven years. Every aspect of going to the doctor was perfection! Getting through on the phone call and making the appointment was a breeze, Online forms were available and not hard to get through. When I approached the building, I was impressed with the architecture and landscaping. The lobby and exam room was clean, stylish, and professional. The staff was at the reception desk ready to go before the official opening time. exceedingly friendly, they went through my ID cards and such (because it had been so long since I had been there) in no time. I sat to wait to be called and my cheeks barely hit the seat before I was called back! The attendant, was very thorough with taking my BP and details of my dermatological issues and inputting it all electronically on a tablet. Minutes later, the provider entered the room, started evaluating my issues, asking thoughtful questions, and offering solutions. The initial attendant documented everything in her tablet and even took photos of photos on my phone! A prescription was electronically sent to my pharmacy. The provider gave me all the time in the world to understand the issues and ask question. I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. Onto the check-out desk and my next appointment was made, my summary paperwork was folded, put in an envelope, and was handed to me with some promised lotion samples. I was out of there within 30 minutes of my appointment. There is absolutely everything positive to say about this practice and nothing negative.

Shout out to Kristina. An absolute pleasure. To the whole team. I feel like I get a high quality experience with genuine people. I’ve seen Dr.Goodless and Dr.Tami. Very lovely people. I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. Also their billing specialist Leenita for sure deserves an honorable mention. There was an issue with my insurance and it was from a month ago I believe, and thankfully she reached out to me and had excellent communication on her end as well as mine. (It’s two way. They do their Job and we have to do ours.) she reached out to make sure my insurance was active and info was correct to avoid me getting a hefty bill. I appreciate it because it shows that they actually care and are doing their job to ensure an optimal care and experience. I would highly recommend them. In my opinion, worth the drive. And I come from the St. Cloud area. So there’s something to think about.

I go to the Dr.Philips location.(haven’t been to the celebration.) it’s so aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful. The entire staff from what I’ve seen is very kind, and professional.
