My appointment was at 1:20pm. Other patients came in After me and some of them to see the same doctor I was and I heard what time their appointments were scheduled After mine.... I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and 10 minutes Waiting as they took them all back Before me! Ridiculous! The doctor was nice but didn't get that over the friendly type feeling. Front girls and check out girls were awesome and super friendly! Why come on time for your appointment if they are going to make you wait over a hour in the waiting room and the doctor isn't on time? It took me OVER 2 hours to get out of there when 1 hour was just sitting in the waiting room! Not happy! I had a consultation and she was very friendly and helpful with information. I said man you guys are busy here. Her response was this is actually a slower day...so why did I have to waste my time sitting in the waiting room for over a hour and I had pre registered online!?

This office is a “well oiled machine” from the professional staff to their expertise and communication. They are the best! My only beef is that I recently completed an online pre-check in taking about 20 minutes. Then when I arrived for my appointment I was asked to complete the same information by hand taking another 20 minutes. Why the need for duplicate medical information? Very frustrating for re-occurring patients.

Was able to set up this consultation very swiftly after initial recommendation from my dermatologist. Consult was on time. Impressed with initial work up with my nurse who explained Mohs quite well and answered my questions. Next meet Dr. Nemer who was on time and very personable and professional. She was very thorough in the dermo exam, answering all my questions.I was concerned about arranging a surgical procedure ASAP which the surgery center was able to do without problem. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Nemer and staff, the surgery center was very clean and Covid protocols in place. The center specializes in Mohs Surgery, a definite plus.

Today was my most positive Fraxel experience yet! Yes, there was discomfort during the procedure, even with topical numbing, but the procedure lasted about a minute. The hand held fan helps greatly. After an hour of ice at home, the discomfort was minimal. And unlike other methods, this heals quickly. IMHO, it's definitely worth it!

I have venous lakes on my lip. Years ago I was told that surgery would leave a scar that would be worse than the lesions and to eave them alone. There’s always that bit of anxiety anytime a person has to get some surgery done. I have to say, that quickly went away for me as soon as I was taken into “my room”. Every nurse that took care of me today was very friendly, compassionate, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and was explained to every step of the way what was happening. Although I have no idea what’s under this bandage, I feel very confident that Dr. Nemer and her assistant (I believe he was a fellow)? did everything to make sure there will be minimal scarring.
