My provider Tami Santo is fantastic. She is caring, understanding, and listens to all of my concerns and makes sure that she addresses all of them. Before Tami I had been to 2 other dermatologist and neither one of them really listened to me and my concerns. I was diagnosed with Plaque Psoriasis in December 2023. I changed providers and started to go to Goodless Dermatology in 2024. I was so happy I did because Tami diagnosed me with Eczema also. Well Im just completely satisfied with all people I had the pleasure of making me fell right a home. I was running late for my appointment I called to let them know I got lost ( My fault ) finding there building but the phone reception person was nice a guided me in with some landmarks. After arriving more then15 minutes late (Glad I had pre registered) I checked in and within less that 5 minutes I was seated in the treatment room. Had a visit with Dr. Judith Duran and she and her nurse made everything super easy (i have a terrible memory of names but nurse had longer dark brown hair and obviously has amazing work ethic) I’ve been to several different doctors asking about some symptoms and they’ve all kinda just blown me off saying “i don’t know what it could be” and didnt get any testing bc they wouldn’t, up til about 4-6 months ago when i was finally able to get a swab done, and after that went on some medication and it wasn’t working. After that I asked for another test to see how advanced the issue is, she ordered another swab in when I had asked for bloodwork and then ordered another std test and before me asking for the bloodwork, I knew she wasn’t planning on going back to a antibiotic ( i’ve been tested for stds multiple times since ive noticed the symptoms and they are all negative) I kinda decided to restart with someone else and that was Dr. Judith Duran. Immediately happy, instead of feeling like i’m fighting a war to get some type of results, she made it easier and educated me some more, yes it may be a harmless thing that I have on my body now, or it could be what i’m worried about, regardless she knew I needed the test at minimum for peace of mind. I just hope the problem isn’t terrible 😩 i’ve been reading up on too many experiences of issues being ignored

Very thorough and informative! I previously had skin cancer and when it was removed my Dr. at the time said to be checked every 6 months and his visits were 5 min tops. I moved to Celebration and Googled Goodness Dermatology. Wow! They found 2 additional areas of concern and educated me that skin cancer can reoccurring as additional cancers and it was VERY important to be constantly checked by my general doctor, and a dentist! I was shocked to have learned sooooo much valuable information that wasn't disclosed to me 4 years ago when I was diagnosed. Very impressed!

I called the office in Celebration & the woman on the phone was so sweet & said, let’s see if we have a cancellation (they did). SHE LISTENED & was thorough & after prescribing medications made certain I was brought back in a week even though her schedule was full. I was willing to hang out in the office until she had a moment to see me but she Brought back pretty fast. I LOVE this practice. I was greeted with a smile by the front desk as well as the tech, who brought me back and was very kind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice. I’ll miss being cared for by them as it’s now time to go back home. If I lived here I’d be lucky to be their patient.

I have been going to see Dr. Goodless for over a decade now. He is a giant of a man and is very good at detail and diagnosis. My family history is littered with melanoma so it’s important to see Dr. Goodless about twice a year. A few years ago, Dr. G wasn’t available so I saw Mimi. Mimi is absolutely delightful, Smart as a whip, thorough and thoughtful. She had to take a chunk out of my back and was very careful to make it as painless as possible. With her help, I’ve gotten into some great skin care and managing my time in the sun. Not long ago, I had an emergency and came in to see Tami. She was thorough and paid incredible attention to detail. She recently took 2 biopsies with a new tool that was ridiculously painless. They stay up to date on everything that technology affords. I watched her laser my skin after the biopsy to quickly heal faster than my body normally would. The staff are the sweetest little worker bee’s even though they have to give shots! If you are considering a Dermatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Goodless and his Associates and staff. I am a healthier human because of their quality care.

I have been to this office a few times and overall it’s been fine and pleasant. The only reason I am leaving this review is because I have no way to contact the office beyond talking to reception unless I go for an appointment. This is the only negative review I have left. Today I called to make an appointment for a mole removal (as instructed by Tami) and to have two other spots checked out. Despite repeating and confirming what my appointment was for, I found out later it was incorrectly scheduled. I was told “it is your fault the wrong appointment was made,” not theirs, because I “was not clear” and didn’t use the medical terminology. Reception told me I needed to say “excision.” I asked, “so you’re saying I should not have said “mole removal,” I needed to say excision,” and she said yes. Most people don’t know that word nor would they think to use it. Equity in healthcare is important and this behavior doesn’t invite that. What a way to put people down and what terrible customer service. **update: the office manager Ali called to talk to me early this week and said she would talk to the staff. I appreciated the follow up and concern and plan of action she discussed to address and correct.

Living in Florida for decades without having practiced careful sun safety meant I needed to visit my family doctor to check some unusual spots. After determining some of my spots were concerning, my family doctor referred me to Doctor Goodless, who was not only recommended by my doctor , but also several good friends. Dr. Goodless carefully examined my spots and recommended a plan to diagnose my condition. After a relatively painless test, it was determined that I had a Basal Cell Carcinoma. Dr. Goodless throughly and compassionatly explained the condition, my treatment options, the prognosis, and the need to have routine exams to ensure any further issues can be quickly identified and treated in early stages. Hearing the "c" word can be a scary and sobering experience, and I am very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Goodless through the years. I understand why Dr. Goodless was recommended by my family doctor and when our family needs medical and cosmetic dermatology, we always turn to Dr. Goodless and his team.

I had a "skin emergency ", severe all over itching causing me to lose sleep for almost 2 weeks. I tried everything available that might have fixed it. In desperation, I stopped into Dr. Goodless office while getting blood tests. Expecting to hear an appointment date a month away, the front desk assistant was awesome, spoke to someone and asked me to come back in a couple hours. I was thrilled they were so kind. Dr. Goodless' nurse took me quickly, asked questions, took some additional info, then right away Dr. Goodless came in. When I came here for the first time, I was super self conscious about my acne because it had gotten so bad that I didn’t think it would ever go away. I arrived for my appointment and the lady at the front desk (Desiree?) was so polite and sweet and all the other staff just made me feel so welcome and like they really wanted to help my skin. I was worried there would be really expensive products that I couldn’t afford but my insurance made everything really cheap, solidifying the feeling that the staff just wanted to help rather than get my money. This is easily the most effortless office for dermatology treatments. They usually run onetime, the office is very quiet (no TV) and tastefully decorated. We just moved to Fl 2 months ago. I had been seeing a Dr in NC before moving here and had used several prescriptions, which had not worked. I called Dr Goodless after having read some good reviews about him and got an appt within 2 weeks. The office staff was very courteous and helpful. I was able to complete the paperwork at home, ahead of my appt. the wait in the office was minimal. Dr. Goodless was fantastic! He assessed and diagnosed the problem immediately along with providing me a prescription and an additional prescription for a rosacea problem that was not improving. I am extremely happy to say that the rosacea is improving dramatically and my other issue is under complete control with the use of the medication. I highly recommend Dr. Goodless. I have seen many doctors over the years but Dr. Goodless is the best, hands down!!

She basically let me know I shouldn’t spend the money because I’m too young still and don’t really need it, I appreciated her honestly. I will return here. We live in OH. Dr Goodless was referred to me by my Mohs doctor there who had removed several squamous cell cancers on my scalp but couldn’t get the insitions to heal. The Mohs surgeon went thru 1 1/2 years of biopsies, shaved off a large section of my hair (!!), & on & on. I came to Dr Goodless and he diagnosed me immediately!! He prescribed a special blended salve, & my scalp was healed in 2 weeks!!!!! Then my husband, retired AF, went to see him about 2 facial spots (which he & the Base Primary Care doctors ignored for several years). Dr Goodless did 2 biopsies, which showed squamous cell cancer! He has referred him to a Mohs surgeon in Celebration. We think Dr Goodless THE BEST!!!!! If we could give him 10 stars, we would! And his staff is just as caring and very helpful.

They answered all my questions and didn’t seem irritated that I was even there like some doctors’ offices. The waiting area was clean and bright and I really liked the music they were playing. She has taken the time to listen to my questions and clarify my concerns. The office staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. I have had several in office procedures with great results. I had previously been misdiagnosed by a different doctor but Dr. Goodless knew immediately what was going on with me. He prescribed me a custom medicine just for my condition! & he even knew I had a nickel allergy just by the purse I was wearing! I recently visited him again this week for a minor skin problem. He took one look at my skin & knew exactly the prescription I needed. He took the time to explain what was wrong & which prescription was best for me. I stumbled apon Goodless while looking for another doctor that had moved from the building. I did have a Demotology appt at my previous skin doctor but they where not taking my new insurance. Goodless’ practice did. I made my appt for my next day off. Wait time was normal for this size office yet still fast. The prep nurse was friendly and offered more suggestions on doctors in the building to replace those who my insurance dumped. I saw Dr. Goodless. He was business like with concern for my needs. He explained his findings and new treatments for my issues. His office staff was polite, professional and pretty. All in all a pleasant experience.

I was there yesterday as a new patient and was worried with other reviews being not so great but people I know suggested Dr Goodless office. I made the appointment only a week and a half before. The office staff was friendly and I was called back less than 5 minutes after I had finished my paperwork. I saw the nurse practitioner and she was awesome!!! Very nice and took her time and talked to be to actually get to know me. I was there only an hour and a half and I had a full body exam and 3 biopsies done. I don't think that's bad at all!! I will definitely go back and refer people to go there too!
