Messages answered quickly sometimes before I asked. The information packet I received well before my surgery prepared me to expect what the procedure would entail. It took away the anxiety commonly associated with a new procedure, to me. The whole procedure went as expected!

Dr. Green is a responsive, thorough, knowledgeable and caring provider. He speaks to you and does not rush through the appointment. I read other reviews. I agree that the call center that is used is extremely problematic. As for the front desk staff —I believe it is the luck of the draw-i heard one woman be very courteous checking a patient in. However, the individual I had contact with was not positively responsive when I specified that I needed a receipt that was not generic but one that clearly stated it was from a Dermatology Group. I have never had an issue getting a receipt from a medical facility that did not identify itself as such. “It’s the best I can do,” I was told by her. I insisted and finally a proper receipt was generated with the Schweiger Group name on it. But, her attitude to do so was apparent. I rate the experience I had at the front desk a 2. Despite this, Dr. Green is such an amazing physician and so extremely responsive and helpful that I am willing to put up with the negative call center and unresponsive replies when navigating through the system.

The Dr. was very personable. He spoke to my daughter, the patient, like she was a person, without insulting her intelligence. He was kind in his treatment and in explaining what was happening. He also found a possible underlying condition that no other doctor had caught up until now.

My Doctor is great! Friendly and Professional care. My only disappointment was the additional fee added for using a credit card. I found out about this after I paid. None of my other health care providers have this policy.

I was able to make an appt. very quickly. I was seen pretty close to on time. The receptionist was quick, thorough & unrushed. The nurses were caring & discreet. Dr. Psaila was calm, caring, kind, thorough & discreet. She was quick & efficient. I didn't have too many questions at first but wish & had taken more time to think it through. The only reason for 4 star & not 5 is I feel perhaps the doctors could take a moment & discuss some suggestions for possible apparent issues beyond cancer screening. I believe you can make an appointment for that but a possible suggestion for that might’ve been a good idea

Do not bring your child in to see Dr. psaila. She doesn’t give enough refills to make it to your follow up and doesn’t care to hear our concerns. We switched to see Dr Greene within the same practice and he was far better. Great bedside manner and really listened to us.

Visited the Canandaigua office yesterday and I’m very happy with this practice. Unlike some other reviewers, I found the receptionist to be very polite and helpful. Likewise, the nurse and doctor were great. Had a full body check and a growth removed, I felt the care was excellent and all my questions were addressed
