My experience at Schweiger Dermatology in Binghamton has been excellent. I have been under Holly Mullins care for a fungal infection on the back of my neck and lower hairline that spiraled out of control when I mistakenly attempted to self treat it with tea tree oil. If you've never seen a fungal infection before, believe me when I tell you that you don't want to see a fungal infection! It's nasty. I had several large raised bumps that were discolored and very itchy. Holly's first impression turned out to be correct (fungus), but she took a skin sample anyway just to confirm it. She was very knowledgeable about my condition, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and prescribed medications that worked well to eliminate the fungus. Holly is what we all want in a health care professional! She is extremely caring, personable, capable, smart, and determined to help you with your problem. I highly recommend her!

I have been going to them for many years to be screened for possible skin cancer. Stan found a melanoma on my left cheek that I thought was just a brown age spot. He did a biopsy, and it turned out to be melanoma. I had it taken care of and am so glad he found it and insisted on the biopsy. He probably saved my life!! I continue to get checked every 6 months. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Our very first appointment with Dr Chloe Pusey at Schweiger Dermatology Group was a wonderful experience. The receptionist took my daughter's initial information and was very nice. We then sat down where I proceeded to enter our remaining information into a tablet. Shortly afterwards one of the assistants led us into one of the examination rooms. After more questions I left the room and Dr Chloe spoke with and examined my daughter privately. I then reentered the room and Dr Chloe explained her findings and recommended course of treatment. I was able to ask my questions, which she answered. From our conversation it was plain to me that Dr Chloe knew her stuff, and my daughter and I felt very comfortable with her course of action. I am very happy we found Dr Chloe, and I would recommend her to anyone with Dermatology needs.

I would recommend this place to anyone the staff is so kind and so nice it surpasses any other experience I've ever had at a dermatology clinic. They are top tier and my book very knowledgeable and get straight to the point when it comes to your every need and care. I am so grateful for my doctor she is such a godsend I was battling with a rash of eczema on my body for years and getting treated by my doctor there helped change my life. If I were you give them a chance and I swear you will see results but then 2 to 3 weeks of you visiting them depending on the severity of the issue you have. But for me it's nothing I can say bad about them they genuinely care about your making sure they get you the right treatment no matter what the issue is.

I was having leg problems with very sore, heavy also various veins. I made an appointment with skin and veins and after my consultation with Doctor Donahue we found that I had a blood vessel in my left leg that was not pumping the blood back to my heart like it was supposed to. I went back in and the staff and doc Donahue were great I was nervous about my procedure but the staff took great care of me. Now a month later I no longer have the pain and my legs feel great. I was experiencing leg pain periodically for the last 4 months, and monitoring a varicose vein that I noticed in my calf. I had a friend of mine use NYS Skin and Vein Center and said it was a great experience. I filled out the consultation form online and was contacted right away and was able to get in for an ultrasound very quickly. The ultrasound was extremely thorough, Ashley the technician explaining everything so that I knew what was going on. I qualified for vein treatment and was approved and scheduled the following week. The procedures were quick and painless and the staff were extremely nice and helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommend to anyone who is questioning their varicose veins or wants a second opinion outside of a traditional surgeon recommendation.

I went to Lisa to get lip fillers. Lisa is AMAZING she made me feel super comfortable as I was very nervous about getting them done and wanting to make sure they would look subtle. She made me feel super comfortable and ensured I could consult with her about it as much as I needed before getting them done. Lisa described everything and was very thorough and made sure I knew how to care for them after. The entire atmosphere of the building was very clean and nice. I was so hesitant to try lip fillers but always had such a thin upper lip that made my smile look gummy when I smiled wide. After consulting with Dr. Dohner and seeing the results others obtained, I decided I really wanted to try it! I am SO glad that I took that step! The results are not overly dramatic so my lips don’t look fake or over-filled but super natural and just enough plumper and look even better than I hoped they would! I am thrilled! The pain was perfectly tolerable (they numb you before performing the procedure), the recovery time was zilch (just a little bruising on the lips for two to three days and easily covered with lipstick) and the results were immediate! I highly encourage anyone who is thinking of getting anything done to call for a consult, you will be glad you did! I am one happy woman with more confidence in my pucker!!!

They go above and beyond…Sara noticed that I had two appointments in the same day (due to a rescheduling on my part) and gave me the option to be seen right after my son’s appointment instead of coming back later. Caity is my nurse NY Skin & Vein and she is absolutely phenomenal. She’s caring, educational, Patient, and non judge mental which is very important to me. I never used to use products to wash my face other than the awful wipes everyone says not to use. I’m 30 years old and have been wearing makeup since age 13 so you can imagine how much damage I’ve done over the course of those years. We’ve been doing lasergenesis treatments as well as a new skin care routine she put me on since March. It took years to finally convince me to use real professional products, but now that I’ve had them.. I can’t understand how I ever did anything else. I get excited to wash my face at the end of the day because it feels good.. unlike using facial wipes (in which case I would often fall asleep with a full face of makeup on because it was so much work to get it off after a busy day) The puffiness In my face from irritation has subsided as well as the flaky ness. We are waiting for summer to be over to work on the rosacea issues again as we cannot do some of the treatments when I’m actively in the sun, but I am really looking forward to continuing care with Caity at this office. Everyone there has been nothing but wonderful to me. Highly recommended.

I am not big on reviewing places, but I really wanted to share my experience. I don’t want to sound dramatic, but dark circles have plagued my face all my life. They have tanked my self esteem since I was 11 years old; I have spent so much money on makeup and concealer and coverups and creams, essentially to no avail. They have been my biggest insecurity my whole life. After one consultation and a very, VERY quick laser procedure, that all changed. I had dark blue veins zapped off from underneath my eyes that dramatically changed the appearance of my eyes. Immediately after the procedure, underneath my eyes looked better with not a spot of makeup then they have EVER looked with even the most expensive, top of the line products. That is not an exaggeration. For the first time in my ENTIRE life, I went to a store with no makeup. And I felt comfortable! I cannot emphasize enough how incredible my experience with Lisa (my nurses name!) and all the wonderful staff has been. I cannot recommend them enough. Do something for yourself. It’s needed, it’s worth it, it’s wonderful.

I feel amazing gratitude towards Dr Dohner and all of his staff. For most of my adult life I had very embarrassing varicose veins. They were more than simply uncomfortable to look at, they were causing my legs to constantly ache. So much so I wasn't aware of how much pain they caused me! For the last ten years I honestly thought most of my knee and calf pain was arthritis. Only until after Dr Dohner took away the pressure my varicose veins were applying on my knees and calves did I know exactly how serious my situation was. I went to other doctors, a physical therapist and no one was able to help me like Dr Dohner. I have had immediate relief. My procedure was done as an out patient in his office. Happy to say that made my procedure WAY less stressful on me!!! I do feel Dr Dohner was very kind , and supportive when he priced out my procedure. I feel this last statement doesn't begin to show what a kind man he is. Beyond a very reasonable price, his bedside manner was warm and caring. Thank you Dr Dohner for emotionally helping me and physically helping me!!!!!!

Appreciate the great service that Eric Dohner brings to the Binghamton area. He's a really great doctor with a lot of empathy. Lovey the front house staff assistant is great. She remembers all the little details about people and is very caring and a perfect fit for the healthcare industry. This is a very upscale office. It is not your typical Dr office environment. It is enhanced with gorgeous decor and you feel very comfortable upon entering. There procedures involving medical history are detailed and the patient portal is great. They really are top of the line dermotologists in Binghamton.

Just wanted to update my review. I have been to both the Norwich location and the Binghamton location and the front office staff is wonderful in both locations. They are so kind there. The Binghamton location has a nice coffee bar and refrigerator with cold beverages as well. Appointments are always on time and they are efficient. My best friend use to see Dr. Dohnher and my impressions of him were that he smiled and was more pleasant than any doctor I had ever met. Everytime I've seen him in the office he is smiling. He works so hard and has such a pleasant vibe. I see Stanley Anderson for medical dermatology. I have a really really tough case with a multitude of issues and possibilities. I am not a fan of some of the necessary procedures involved in dermatology as they are painful. Dr. Anderson however makes sure I am comfortable and not in pain and great detailed directions for care are on the patient portal. The last visit he did a few biopsies and anxiously awaiting the results. He did such a great job numbing my hand that I did not feel a thing. He did a great job with the sutures and they have held in perfectly now for a week and a half. I have seen improvements since going, with some of the medications given and am excited to show him that I've made good progress in 2 weeks. I've followed all directions precisely and I can be difficult at times to remember directions. So I thank him for being patient with me on this three year journey. His nurse in Binghamton was wonderful as well. Both locations have excellent support systems. I love how engaged Dr. Dohner is with his patients with newsletters, books, events and cards. He genuinely is making a difference in the Chenango, Broome, Otsego , Delaware and Otselic counties. Thank you for bringing upscale skin care and dermatology to a very under resourced area.

Excellent service and care. I had a vein ablation procedure in both legs for varicose vein treatment. The procedure was surprisingly easy - a bit uncomfortable but very fast, sort of like dental work- and my legs still feel so much better 14 months later. I would say that my symptoms before treatment were moderate but progressive and beginning to interfere with work and excercise. As an active 30 year-old I was nervous about how my legs would feel after removing my greater saphenous veins, but the only change when skiing, running, and biking has been more comfortable calves and easier recovery. Dr. Dohner used the precise amount of treatment needed and no more. Ashley and the rest of the staff are awesome and took care of everything from scheduling to insurance and follow up. I am 100% glad that I had my procedure done here.

I’ve had varicose veins for a long time and just put off doing anything about them- mainly because I had friends who had “vein stripping”done and it sounded awful! I heard about Dr Dohner from my Acupuncturist and he set me up for an Ultrasound of my leg that was very swollen and painful. After the ultrasound he discussed the problem with my leg and what could be done to help. He takes his time explaining and answers any questions. I felt very reassured that having the vein taken care of with laser -it was a procedure I wouldn’t mind having done. The procedure was 98% painless and took just about an hour start to finish. Everyone in his office works as a team, knows their job well and are all very professional and friendly. I highly recommend New York Skin and Vein Center and Dr Dohner. I recently had an appointment at the New York Skin and Vein Center in Binghamton, New York and I will say that I was treated professionally, courteously and kindly by 'all' of their staff. From Jennifer, Danielle and 'Lovey', the wonderfully polite office staff, to RN Theresa and Mr Stan Anderson, PA/NP I was treated respectfully and cordially. From the smooth check-in procedure to the office visit itself with Theresa and Mr Anderson, I was taken care of well, all my questions and needs were met concisely, and the care was 'top grade' and efficient. I will say that 'going to see a medical/health provider', this particular professional office, was not a chore, but an easy few minutes in order to maintain my health and keep myself safe and well. I recently had my one year vein check-up. I like to walk daily & prior to the surgery my legs felt so achy & heavy. They felt great very shortly after the surgery which was quick, easy & painless. I had an initial evaluation for varicose veins. I have put this off for years. The office is very nice as were the staff members. Everything was very efficient and my problems as well as the treatment were explained clearly. All of my questions were answered. I look forward to the upcoming treatment to fix my aching legs

So far so good. I'm 21 yo African American guy, with a Fitzpatrick (VI) skin type and was put on the ZO Skin Health treatment for hyperpigmentation and skin texture. Safe to say, it has worked well on my skin these first two weeks. When I returned for a checkup on 2/13, the side by side shown on the iPad was pretty miraculous. I still have some ways to go, and will be going for a chemical peel a month from now, but I highly recommend NYSVC to anyone with skin issues.

So far great!, but they say that that treatment will continue to show improvement with pigment over time. I even recommended my husband to go there for the yearly cancer checks as I do.

I have seen Dr. Dohner for wrinkles around my eyes, Elizabeth for tattoo removal and Stan Anderson for dermatology issues. I absolutely love all of them, even the nurses and the receptionists up front. They are ALL wonderful at what they do and making you feel comfortable there. I feel like family, the parties they have are great too, gives you a chance to meet everyone, ask questions and see some demonstrations first hand all while enjoying some yummy snacks. I love this place.
