Being in the sun often, I see Sandra for my integumentary fitness. She, along with all the staff, is polite, knowledgeable, and supremely professional. Wait time is minimal, communicating with the office is easy, and the facility is very clean and tidy. Five out of five stars.
Absolutely amazing! I went in for alopecia. I was devastated about my hair but as soon as I got there Sandra and Tina made me feel so comfortable. I got my treatment and by the next visit my hair was already growing back. The whole staff is great. I recommend this place to everyone i know. Service doesn't get better then this!

And brought Dr. Chan my concerns. She addressed every issue and gave recommendations for how to tackle them. Invested in her recommendations and we will see how it works. TNS serum, neck repair firming and lifting and a retinol. Have a follow up in May, she is popular so finding open slots is a game of patience. Wonderful New patient experience. The person that answers the phone is professional and helpful. It was easy to book an appointment. When I went to the office, I was warmly greeted. I waited maybe 10 minutes to see Dr. Cavender. She was professional and helpful. I loved the banter in the office. The team obviously enjoys working together. Made me wish I was still working in an office. I will definitely go back when needed. This is a very good skin clinic for routine skin check-up and other skin procedures. It has changed its location since Dr. Voron retired, but the quality of care has remained great! Dr. Joanna Chan has been treating me for eczema and freezing those pesky brown spots on my face and scalp. On my last visit she worked on some enlarged oil glands on my face. It’s been a very smooth experience. She also referred me to her husband who treated some bulging varicose veins on my legs. I give him 5 stars too! Previously I tried sclera, injecting foam into the vein with varied results and had a phlebectomy in 2013 which didn’t work at all. The new procedure involved injecting a “glue” into the vein and the results were absolutely fantastic! Dr. Chan is the best dermatologist I’ve found.

So glad I decided to look them up on YELP. I called the same day and got an appt that afternoon. The lovely young lady (I forgot her name) but she had glasses and was very sweet and attentive to whatever questions I had from the moment I walked in to the time I left she made me feel super comfortable. Not to mention also she was on top of her game even when the office was very busy! Truly the best! I proceeded to go into the room and the nurse I believe took down my information and ask me a serious of questions which I liked because coming from a medical background I believe it’s very important to know as much as you can about your new patient. I saw Dr. Henderson and he was very kind & attentive to all my concerns about my acne. He was very honest and prescribe me with what I needed! Overall, I had an amazing experience with this office and the team there! I saw Dr Chan for the first time this morning for some facial and neck burns due to splattered hot oil. She seems extremely knowledgeable and I am primarily concerned with receiving the proper care for these burns since my face is involved. My only comment is that she seemed rushed. I did mention it to her and she went over things a second time which I appreciated. Seems like a very good physician. Office staff very courteous and helpful.

EXCELLENT!!! In my life I have been to 3 plastic, 2 Mohs and 2 dermatologists doctors. Dr. Joanna Chan, MD is by far the most caring and capable Doctor I have found so far. I went for Mohs biopsy on my lip and chin area, which turned out to be squamous ca. Initially I emailed her and within a few hours she answered back with the most positive message. When I saw her, she took her time and treated me with dignity. She asked questions and thought about my needs first, not her bill which, by the way, was not extravagant for what she did for me. Her staff is EXCELLENT as well and got me in FAST and were so caring and accomodating. That meant a LOT. I traveled 7 hrs to go to her clinic from Northern to Southern CA. It was worth it and I shall do it as needed. I go back next week for the surgery and am a happier patient for how she handle everything! I shall send my 2 daughters there as well. We are all light freckled skins and need help. I have had several grafts and surgeries for skin cancer so have a lot of comparisons. Dr. Chan is Fantastic! Thanks too to Pam, Suzanne, and Mora, sorry I did not get the other names. But they were all smiles and happy. A great office and a super Doc. I shall update after final surgery. But confidence has been restored.

3-16-18 Update - Came to Dr Voron for the past 3 months for a flare up of a rash and happy to report that quality is still top notch from Doctor Voron and his staff. 12-15-15 Original Review - Came here to check out a skin rash and a few other things. Chose Dr Voron as my dermatologist after reading a few reviews. I was not disappointed. The specialists in this medical plaza are some of the best down-to-earth doctors I've visited. There was a constant flow of patients so the front office was balancing his schedule well without overbooking him. Since this was my first time, I completed my intake form with his friendly staff and was seen promptly by Dr Voron. I didn't feel rushed at any point in the examination and his specimen removal was pain free.
