The doctor was extremely pleasant and put me totally at ease, even though she did say “that’s got to go.” The most painful thing about it was the injection of numbing agent. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I am still waiting on the biopsy results, but I feel confident with the group.

Two things you need when you take the time out to go to any medical office. A friendly and responsive staff at the front desk. Quick and Competent treatment from the doctor and his staff. Maybe I just came at a good time, but I was served quickly, saw the doctor quickly, was examined and treated and on my way after a biopsy in less than 30 minutes. I also had a Mohs surgery here previously and the doctor was great at stitching my face back up hardly leaving a mark.. This being three years later. I drove 12 miles and passed a lot of other dermatologist offices to make sure I was coming too a competent office. They did not disappoint.

Upon arrival I checked in. The wait time was 10 minutes max and wait time for Dr was about 5 minutes in the room. My consultation was with Dr Friedman. He very personable, straight to the point, “What can I help you with” type Dr. Which I can appreciate. I told him what my issues were, he gave me his honest feedback with recommendations and explained why some meds would work better than others. Gave me my regimen and said “ let’s see how these work for you, and I’ll see you in a month.” I like him and will see him again. I want to add that prior to him I had my Dermatologist whom I loved for 15 years, then he retired. I’ve had 4 Drs since him and didn’t care for any of them. They didn’t listen to my complaints and were very arrogant. For now it seems like I may have found my go-to Dr, but I will keep you updated. One more thing, I never write reviews. But I did feel Dr Friedman listen, addressed my concerns and was courteous of my time. Therefore, it was noteworthy. Thank you.

Went in to get some skin issues on my neck checked out. Front office staff very welcoming, and kind. Got me checked in and was about a 10 minute wait. Once in the room spoke with the nurse about my visit, she made some notes and let me know the Dr. would be in shortly. Dr. came in about 5 minutes later and spoke with me about the concerns I had. Checked them out and took care of the concerns. I highly recommend CSI. Great overall experience. Will be going back in a few weeks for a check up.

Dr Friedman is fast and knows what he is doing, I’ve had psoriasis for 7 years now and we had to make the adjustments as prescribed and it has all worked out. I’ve been clear now for 7 plus years. Great skin doctor, very professional and his staff is always fast, friendly, and super helpful.

After waiting for fifteen minutes passed my appointment time, I finally was called in. The doctor came in a bit winded with a look of a lot on his mind, and I do understand that we all do at times. He was friendly and fast, straight to the point of what I needed to have done, he left, and I was out(he did forget to give me aftercare instructions; I had to ask an assistant); it felt like a drive-thru, lol! Yes, I did read about the reviews about how unprofessional all the medical and desk assistants were, but they did seem professional; the only thing was they were not personable, had no smiles, and were not friendly. Most people with concerns about their well-being need to be spoken to with care and not like a number.

The shared office of Dr Friedman is great! All three of the front office receptionists, and Dr’s assistant were great. No waiting at all. Dr Friedman was very knowledgeable and to the point. He explained and tackled all of my ailments. With NO pain. I would recommend Dr Friedman to EVERYONE! This was my first visit. He was referred by my primary care physician. And I am so thankful for that. I drove 40 miles, from a another county. And it was well worth it

Dr Friedman knows his business. He does not spend much time with patients but with a busy office he does not have the time to linger and continue chit chat. I would prefer a more thorough exam to check for early signs of skin cancer rather than expecting the patient to bring it to the doctor’s attention.

The only thing that I could say is a downside, is the feeling of being rushed when trying to fill out paperwork. I hadn't finished my paperwork and was asked for my payment and then a minute or two later I was called to the back, asked questions and then I was barely able to finish before the doctor came in. Overall, it was a great experience, efficient and I was im and out.

Dr. Friedman's staff were friendly and helpful. Although Dr. Friedman seemed very knowledgeable I felt very unwelcome during the visit. He was not personable and I felt like I was rushed through the appointment. It is understandable that doctors in general have a lot of patients and are short on time, but making your patients feel as if they are not a nuisance goes a long way. Hopefully it was just an off day but will see if I do have future appointments. Update: Had to go back in for another appointment and experience was much better. Dr. Friedman was very nice and took time to answer questions that I had. His staff were once again very friendly and helpful.
