Very professional and kind staff. Went in for suspicious lesion on back, they immediately took biopsy. Came back positive for Squamous Cell Carcinoma, needing further removal. Excellent!
My first appointment going in, the reception lobby was clean and organized. I didn't have a long wait time (I had a follow up appointment as well). I'm Laura's patient and she is extremely thorough and knowledgeable about a kind of rare skin condition I have. She has a great bedside manner and shows care. She is very reassuring and explains things every step of the way. I feel very comfortable with her and feel like I'm being well taken care of. Oh, and the check out reception area was quick too. I'll give a five star 🌟 rating.
I was super nervous before even getting to the appointment due to high anxiety with doctors of any kind and letting google make me more anxious…. I had a cluster of skin tags under my armpit that were ugly but also would get irritated and sore and I wanted them removed. When I say everyone in this office was absolutely amazing I mean it. From check in, to the nurse, to Kelley Powers, to check out. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Which for someone like me with high anxiety this really makes it so much easier… 10/10 would and have begun to recommend this office.
We are very pleased with this practice. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and prompt to get you checked in and out. The doctors and PA’s are also friendly, thorough, and explain the procedures, treatments, and expectations for the treatment very well. They make communication with the practice easy as well by using text and emails. I like being able to text for a prescription request or ask a question. Oh, and I love how they decorate the office for holidays!!

For the first time there , I was quite pleased . They took me in the office in a timely fashion and the Dr. was very nice and explained the procedure throughly.

This place is amazing. Dr. Knapp and Jaelyn (spelling) are Gods and the office is fantastic. Not all dermatologists are equal. These are the best in the business and they treat their patients like royalty. Go here if you enjoy scrupulous, preeminent dermatological care.
Yes nut the amount of personal info requested was far beyond necessary and too difficult to navigate impossible to answer questions this should be completely redone A paper is the questions is far better
Nina was informative and professional. She keyed in on my problem and helped me with advice and prescriptions to address it.
Follow up appointment is next month. Hopefully better results come up.
It was my first visit for an annual skin check. I saw dr. Allison Potalski. She was great! I never went to a dermatologist before so I didn't know what to expect. She was so nice and put me at ease. Thank you Allison you did a fantastic job. Her assistant was awesome as well.
I see Nina. She's quite wonderful and my daughter is going to start seeing her as well

I am professionally and thoroughly cared for there . I can highly recommend them. Before landing there a few years ago, I had been to several dermatologist. I see Kelly Powers-PA-c. Her fast response to an email I sent through their portal got me in within 24 hours where she was able to catch basal cell carcinoma which was promptly operated on with no complications. It's been years and her thorough six month check ups give me peace of mind and confidence in this practice And more importantly in the Lord and His Grace for sending me there for treatment
My 6 month old has extreme eczema, we have tried everything to help him. When our new patient appointment was a month out and he was scratching until he drew blood they moved his appointment to the next day. With western traffic they didn’t turn us away when we were a little late. The nurse that brought us back listened to my concerns and when I was tearing up because I feel horrible for my son the nurse gave me a hug and told me I was doing everything right, I wish I caught her name because she was amazing. The provider we saw Karyn was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She listened to my concerns and explained the game plan and the next two steps if the first step didn’t help. And when I picked up his script and I had questions they called me right back and Karyn was the one calling us to explain and answer any questions I had, I don’t know about you but most of the time it’s a nurse calling you, not the provider. When you tried everything for your child and nothing helps you feel terrible and like you failed. But the nurse & provider didn’t make me feel that way at all. They acknowledged our efforts and provided hope that we didn’t have before with his skin. 100% will recommend this office. Even the front end staff is amazing and was smiling and talking to my 6m old. Any derm issue me or my family have we will always go here — you can see they care and they actually want to help you.

Allison is the sweetest and most patient person ever. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains what steps I should take next. I have extremely sensitive skin, and she’s been so gentle and understanding every time I visit. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to help them feel confident in their skin. The entire office is kind, professional, and compassionate.
My providers are great! They do their job responsibly and professionally. The AI scheduling has to go! I was scheduled by a machine when I did not request an appointment and ended up paying my co-pay for an appointment I didn't schedule which is more frustrating. If AI is going to handle a live person's job, then at least train it all of the way.
There are very few places who provide a quality of service great enough for me to take the time to leave a review, but Schweiger dermatology, and specifically my provider, Nina Vlainich, are one. I feel seen, heard, and understood. Never minimized, put off, or belittled. In a seemingly disposable society where interactions are transactional and outcomes are often detached from humanity, Nina has helped me solve a problem that brought me true (and nearly ever-present) suffering. From the crew at the check in desk, to the nurses and providers, every one of these women are superstars. I am beyond grateful for their assistance in making my life better. If you are at the end of your dermatological rope, give them a try.
Great and friendly
I had a great experience at my Dr's appointment. Dr. and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe it was just timing, but I was called in to be seen quickly. Dr. came up with a treatment plan and had me in and out quickly. One Dr. I don't mind going to.
Excellent group of Doctors. I have been with them a long time now and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dermatogy group.

I never leave reviews but I am very thankful to this business. I went to schweiger about 3 months ago, and the doctor that had seen me was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do for my skin, and I am overjoyed that my skin is healing now. They also make it very easy to refill any prescription you may need and the staff is friendly.

My request for an appointment was responded to quickly and I was able to meet with a nurse practitioner, Nina Vlainich, who was very knowledgeable, personable while being clear about the issues and likely necessary procedures to resolve the problem. She is competent, efficient, responsive and clear.

Nina is excellent! She is very patient and thorough. She asked questions related to my current skin issues, explained my diagnosis, and then made a plan for me to adhere to before my next visit. She discussed and wrote down everything in regard to my prescriptions. She is truly wonderful!
