Well run office! Dr Siegel took his time and performed a comprehensive exam. Dr Siegel is a excellent communicator.
I’m concerned that this merger is ruining a very good practice I’ve long relied on. It already seems more bureaucratic, with longer wait times in the office, BOT phone lines that frustrate and longer times (days) before questions are answered. I hope this is just growing pains. P s. Update 2025: I think it was mostly growing pains. Things have been pretty good. It’s still annoying to not reach the willow street office directly but otherwise, good service and care.
I have only been to see Dr. Siegel twice now for ongoing eczema, and I can’t say enough about him as a Dr and also his staff. Dr. Siegel is beyond thorough, caring and so extremely knowledgeable. The office staff has their process and procedures down to a science and they are great! I have recommended colleagues to him and they had the same experience as myself. Thank you Dr. Siegel and staff for a seamless office visit!

The doctor and the whole office staff were were very proficient and very professional so I thank you. I visit this office for both allergy care and dermatology, and it is truly one of the best in the county. The staff is professional, appointments run efficiently with minimal wait times, and most importantly they deliver real results. Since starting allergy shots, my allergies to cats and trees have significantly improved. From a dermatology standpoint, my skin looks amazing. This was definitely a marathon, not a sprint, but after the first three months I began seeing noticeable results. I consistently receive compliments on my skin and people often tell me I don’t look my age. Great office—highly recommend!

It was my 2d time seeing Dr. Segal. I had some urgent matter to address and was very happy how easy and fast I could make an appt to see a doctor within 1day (normally not the case with Summit Medical Grp) . Also, loved the on -line booking appt option. Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. My waiting time was not more than 10min. Dr. Segal assured me that nothing to worry about and prescribed few creams and lotion to use as well advised how cosmetic procedure can be done if needed. By the time I got home, I already got txt from my pharmacy that prescriptions are ready. Will definitely recommend to others.
Dr. Freeman is absolutely the best. I had an infection that was pretty bad and she had me fixed up right away. I can’t thank her and the staff enough for taking great care of me. I would give her my highest recommendation for the great care.
