The doctor seemed good but he barely looked at me and certainly didn’t look closely at my skin even though I was there for a dermatology appointment. I will try the medication he recommended but I would feel more confident if he’d spent more than 5 minutes in the room and actually did an exam.
Doctor Nieves is a beautiful person. He is a knowledgeable and sincere doctor who inspires trust. He has a great smile, and he is patient, making patients very comfortable. His assistance is also very kind and knowledgeable. I love the practice because it is a one-stop shop. Everything I need for my face, except surgery, is available. I even got a recommendation for a surgeon. Making the appointment was easy, and the check-in process was prompt. The only feedback I would provide is that they should inform patients before the appointment that there is an available ramp to get into the office. I was not aware and went down two flights of stairs even my ankle was hurting. show more

It’s hard for me to put into words the impact Dr. Nieves has had on my life. He’s treated me for psoriasis and every other teenage ailment since I was a child. I did light treatments weekly. He fought tooth and nail with insurance for me to get on biologics as soon as they became available, even though I was young, & I can’t even explain the QOL update this has given me for the past almost 20 years. I recently visited my hometown and stopped in for an appointment and it was the first time I felt seen, heard & cared about in a derm appointment since I moved away over ten years ago :’) In this next stage of life, I asked what I can do for anti-aging and instead of “yes”-ing every expensive treatment I mentioned, he told me I didn’t need any of it. I could get a couple units of Botox if I wanted but that’s it ?? So thank you, Dr. Nieves, from the bottom of my heart, for years of careful and caring treatment. It was so nice to see you today! 5/14/2025 I'm commenting on my review below, as I found that my results were forwarded to another doctor. I wrote the review in a frustrated state as I made several calls to Schweiger and none were returned, but they did forward the results as requested. A few years ago, I had Mohs surgery on my nose at Schweiger Dermatology for basal cell carcinoma. Before the procedure, I was told I might have a scar—but what I ended up with felt more like a disfigurement (see photos. The crater on my nose is from the surgery). Right after the surgery, I was handed a plastic surgeon’s business card and told I’d need reconstruction. Recently, I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma again. This time, I chose a facility in New York that has both a Mohs surgeon and a plastic surgeon on-site, hoping for a better outcome. I asked Schweiger to forward my biopsy results to the new facility a week ago. I’ve left multiple voicemails and emails—but haven’t heard back. This is cancer, and time matters. The lack of response is upsetting and unacceptable. I wonder if they’ve lost my records or won't send them because I’ve chosen a different provider.
I always feel very comfortable meeting with Jessica Simon, she is friendly, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Jessica is also attentive a great listener and she addresses and explains all of my questions. I would highly recommend her to friends and family and I always request to be seen by Jessica when I visit the group.

This is such a nice upscale dermatologist office. There are many things offered here. The staff is so kind and thoughtful. You are not treated like a patient, but a person or someone they have known for a long time. They also offer so much for both adults and children. The location is great too and there is plenty of parking. They always look to accomodate you, as I live rather far but love this location, they offered to do telehealth to help with me not always having to do the commute.

I’ve been going to Windsor Dermatology (now Schweiger) since high school for acne. I recently started seeing Alexa here (2-3 times now) and she’s awesome. I got pretty last minute appointments each time and they always got me an appointment within a day or two. Alexa is super chill and listened to all my skin concerns and made adjustments to my prescriptions/regiment as needed. I saw her once to get rid of a cystic pimple before a wedding. She injected it and it was gone in 3 days (just in time for the event). She does a really good job and making my problems/concerns feel heard (no matter how small). Shout out to Alexa!

This is a long review but I am so incredibly grateful for Windsor Dermatology! For the past 10 years, I was misdiagnosed by 3 dermatologists in my area until finally (after googling) I self-diagnosed myself as having scalp psoriasis. Miraculously, I heard about a clinical study at Windsor Dermatology that was for a new treatment for scalp psoriasis. I joined the study and worked with Mario. Even though I definitely got the placebo (of course haha), Mario always did the best he could to reassure me and make me feel comfortable. He’s a great person who always made sure my visits were worth my while. Right after the study was over, Mario sent me over to Dr. Bagel who prescribed me a treatment right away. Dr. Bagel immediately reassured me that he was going to help me get rid of my scalp psoriasis. When I came back for my follow up, I was feeling the best I’ve felt in 10 years. My psoriasis wasn’t fully healed but finally under control. That was not good enough for Dr. Bagel. He wanted to make sure I had the best treatment possible. He then reccomended that I go on Skyrizi, a biological medication. This is where I met Kristen, one of the PA’s at Windsor Dermatology. Kristen was absolutely incredible in getting me excited and prepared for my Skyrizi treatment. She is very genuine and is fantastic at connecting with her patients. I feel remembered and cared for each time I come in! The rest of the team at Windsor Derm made sure that everything was set with my insurance so I can get the prescription as soon as possible. Currently on Skyrizi, I’ve definitely noticed improvement on my scalp. I decided to join another clinical study, this time with Kelly leading the way. Kelly is super energetic and passionate about what she does. I go in once a month and Kelly makes sure I’m doing ok and feeling comfortable with my current treatments. I’m currently still working with Kristen and Kelly and I can’t thank them and the rest of the Windsor Derm team enough for all their guidance and expertise. For the first time in 10 years, I’m finally hopeful that I can live my life without dealing with painful psoriasis. I’ve definitely found my forever Dermatologist office in Windsor Dermatology!

They're now being discriminatory about who they see… I don't have a credit card, and because I don't have a credit card, and because I don't have a credit card for them to keep on file, they will not see me. I am a patient of Dr. Wendy Meyers. I just want to say that she is the very best of the best. I had some cool sculpting done on my neck and chin and that was a great success, actually better and more than I could have hoped for. I have since had appointments with her to remove moles and lesions. At the last such appointment I asked her to have a look at my ears. I have been suffering for at least 3 years with constant itching in both ears. In an attempt for treatment, I started with my internist who prescribed some drops. They didn't work so I next moved to a dermatologist (who shall remain nameless) , same drops, still nothing (according to this doc, I had evidently, been using them incorrectly). I even went to an ear, nose and throat specialist who said it was not my ears that were causing the problem but my nose. That doctor prescribed nasal sprays. Still no relief. My ears were raw from scratching and the skin shedding. I decided to ask Dr. Meyers to have a look during a visit when she was removing a mole. She prescribed a different medication that could be merely swabbed onto the ears. I used it twice and have since been cured. Can you believe, all that time suffering and finally cured!!! This doctor really knows her stuff. I would never consider anyone else going forward. It might take some patience to get an appointment because she's so great, but she is well worth the wait. Oh, did I mention she is not only knowledgeable but also, listens, is very thorough, compassionate and kind. Love her!!!

I suffered for years with unsightly Psoriasis which caused ne a lot of anguish. After many attempts unsuccessful attempts with various treatments nothing worked. I gave up. Then a number of years later I started to research who was the authority in treating this disorder and came across Dr. Bagel. I decided that I had nothing to loose and made an appointment (over an hour away from where I live). Dr Bagel examined me, asked me lots of questions and said I can heal you to which I almost snored sure. Well I am thrilled to say that I no longer exhibit any of the symptoms of Psoriasis. My skin is completely clear. I am also in a clinical trial. Dr. Bagel truly is the authority in treating psoriasis. In addition to being a wonderful and caring Doctor, he is very affable, interesting and engaging. In addition the office is very well with excellent nurses and support staff.

Alexa is absolutely fabulous! I’ve been to her twice and each was a great experience. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. The first time I went was for her to treat my daughter for acne. She took time to explain the medications, gave us some free samples and did a few extractions. The second time I saw her was for a cosmetic consult. I have some reddening and vertical lines on my chest that have really been bothering me. She recommended micro needling. She recommended Juvederm for my marionette lines. One of the things that made me trust her was when I asked about some sagging around my jaw. She recommended threading, which isn’t something that they perform. She referred me to a plastic surgery group that does it. She could have easily tried to persuade me towards something their office does perform but she didn’t. The office staff is friendly as well. The check in was quick and wait time minimal. 😊

I've heard some horror stories from my family regarding other doctors offices and having skin biopsy's. I had a mole removed by Dr. Nieves for a biopsy and he couldn't have made the experience more relaxing. I was extremely nervous because I've never had skin cut off, but they made it fast and painless. It felt almost like a really bad paper cut when they cut it. Now a year later the wound almost looks like real skin and blends in pretty well without standing out. People I know have had worse experiences at other offices where months later their biopsy sites look terrible. I recommend coming here because the doctors seem to know what they are doing and do it well.

I was diagnosed with psoriasis at 22. I went from perfectly clear skin, to waking up one day covered in strange uncomfortable lesions. I never had a problem with my skin.. ever. Having been to a few different dermatologists since moving to NJ, by far Dr Nieves is the BEST. Quick no-nonsense on the money diagnosis. Even better no nonsense procedures. I have many moles and beauty marks and occasionaly they look iffy. Other dermatologists have shave a piece off then if the biopsy came back as questionable i was stuck going back for a second visit, second co-pay and a second period of healing from a wound. Dr. Nieves cuts to the chase and removes the iffy mole - end of story - one and done. Also his staff is FANTASTIC! Will not go to another dermatologist since finding him!

My first experience at WD and have to say everything was great. It started with the ease of making an appointment, once arrived, a large parking lot with a good number of handicapped spots, a beautiful environment, friendly and welcoming check-in staff (leave yourself an extra 15 minutes). Once in the exam room the tech was knowledgeable and kind putting my nerves at ease. My appointment was with Dr. Nieves who was thorough and reassuring. He was very professional and explained everything answering all.my questions. (My appt was for a complete body skin check.) All in all a good experience and I am very pleased. Will go back.

I've been treated by Dr. Keegan for several years and am extremely satisfied with his compassion, professionalism and medical care. Prior to Dr. Keegan, I saw Dr. Bagel for years and was also very happy. It is a very busy practice and sometimes you have to wait a few weeks for a routine body check but I'm not going anywhere else. Staff needs to be careful about personal conversations since walls offer little audio privacy.

After 2 years of pain and agony with various dermatologists, Dr Jennifer cured the warts in just 2 months. My younger sons started having warts on his fingers at the age of 11. I researched online and did all that was recommended but the warts just would no go away and kept spreading. After trying all home remedies and over the counter solutions with no success I took my son to a dermatologist in the Princeton area. After few months of visits and co-pays I gave up on him as it did not help even a bit. All this Dr. did was freeze them once a month. 4 months went by and no visible results. My son now started getting comments at school on the warts which made him feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I start noticing him hiding his hands under the table. I desired to take him to another dermatologist and his solution was to surgically remove the warts and burn them. The whole procedure was extremely painful. My boy pulled it thru but even looking at it was horrifying. I was told they might return and they did, even more. We went back and the same procedure was done again. More pain and more pain killers and of course more co-pays. I would have no complaints if the solution was good and permanent but it was not. Also the other Dr’s on the follow up appointment at the same practice questioned their own colleagues treatment of this. This was all a nightmare for my son and us. Finally, Finally I found Dr Jennifer Simon, recommended by our new pediatrician Dr. Shapiro. During the very first visit she seemed to know what was going on and prescribed a cream to be applied. She advised that insurance may not cover this medication but she was sure it will work. As we already spent over $400.00 on the copays, $85.00 Rx did not sound like much. Within a week of applying the medication we start seeing results. After 2 months of regular application the warts disappeared, permanently. No pain and no frustration! I am really thankful to Dr. Simon, wish I had found her 2 years earlier, my son would not have to go through all the pain he did. Very satisfied with the appointment. Dr. Meyers is friendly and did a thorough body check. Less happy with the time it took to get an appointment. I requested an appointment for a rash, as well as a body check. The first appointment I could get was 6 weeks away so I put up with the itchy rash for weeks. By the time of the appointment the rash had cleared up.

Brought my daughter in with an irritation/bump under the skin above her lip. We were given time with Dr. Nieves right away and felt very taken care of by the staff here. Dr. Nieves himself was great, he explained everything he thought on the situation and further made sure my daughter understood what he was saying. He gave his expert opinion on the issue and took a very careful observatory approach to treatment, putting both myself and my daughter at ease.
