We went very close to the closing time, yet the associate was helpful in attending to our needs. When the product we were looking for was not in stock he went beyond his way and came back with possible options of getting the product delivered in a few days. Knowing that we have a trip in a day, he offered suitable alternate option and we happily bought the product. We have always noticed the great staff behaviour and helpful attitude combined with good product knowledge at this location and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to our friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Michael at Browns STC. I had purchased a pair of OnCloud shoes that ended up ripping, and instead of just leaving it at that, he suggested I contact OnCloud directly. Thanks to him, OnCloud refunded me for the defective shoes, and I was able to purchase a brand new pair. It's so rare to come across customer service like this these days, someone who genuinely cares about helping rather than just making a sale. He went above and beyond, and his honesty and willingness to help made all the difference. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience at Browns at STC! We originally went in looking for a pair of Converse sneakers, but after speaking with the staff, we ended up ordering the Converse 70s to be delivered to our home. They took the time to explain the difference between the styles and recommended the 70s because they’re more comfortable, which we really appreciated. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. We were even offered water while we shopped, and every team member was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about how kind everyone was! She was so impressed that she keeps saying her sister needs to go in just to experience the amazing service herself. 😂 Thank you to the entire team for making our shopping experience such a positive one. We’ll definitely be back!

Micheal was awesome ! I came in with flats and no socks so didnt want to try on the pairs and he said i gotchu! Brought me a pair of socks to try on multiple pairs of shoes because he wanted to make sure the fit is perfect! Super knowledgeable too when making recommendations - asked me my goals and lifestyle for an activity shoe and recommended me a pair i wouldn’t of regularly considered but ended up liking!

We were there on 2 July evening, the gentleman in a blue shirt is very helpful and thoughtful. We wanted to find a size 9 crocs, at the time, we were not sure if the size 10 or 9 is better. He still went to search for all the other Browns that had the size 9 for us first without us asking. Turns out, we found it in Fairview Mall and bought the size 9. Still a big thanks to that sales providing the service and information for us!!

I visited this location recently to exchange a size & do a return and found every staff member to be friendly and helpful. It’s a rarity nowadays. I had called earlier and they made sure they had what I was looking for and set it aside for me. The environment of the store was also very nice and non-stressful. This weekend being apart of the holiday shopping season, the stores are crowded and chaotic, as the season warrants. My husband and I stepped into brown with goal in mind. 1 timberland butter boots. We left with moon boots, cross and Tim's. The extra 2 boots came from the Gold standard of customer service and over all lovely personality of (sale associate ☆Israell) I hope i have spelt her name correctly. She was amazing! Was immediately greeted by a couple of staff upon entering the store and was then shown a couple of styles (mens dress shoes) by one of the staff. Although they did not really have what I was looking for I was impressed by the service and will remember that and may return because of that positive experience.

Excellent customer service by the store manager who exceeded our expectation. A pair of boots for my daughter was purchased online and unfortunately did not have a very long life expectancy due to a ripped seam. The brand is known for it's durability and surprised by such an issue. The store manager explained that it wasn't to be worn in the winter (which it was) and still replaced it for us. We are so grateful for her assistance and will be sure to come back for future purchases.

Got the dr martens yesterday and i am quite happy with my purchase and I've to say i am reviewing this only because of the guy Anthony very professional and friendly helped me buy the shoe with confidence and some knowledge too.
I must have been appointed a work hubby!? A co-worker wanted me to look at shoes with her and we went into this shoe store located on the upper level of the Scarborough Town Centre. She quickly browsed the large brightly lit store, picked up a shoe, spun it around and returned it to the display. Repeat action. Repeat action. Let's go. I'll come back! Wow! Work hubby is fun and it only cost me my time and not my wallet!

Amazing staff. Delivered exceptional customer service- far exceeding expectations. Worked with me to select perfect MOB/Rehearsal Dinner shoes (so sparkly!). Didn't have my size, arranged for shipping to my home. Issue with shipping quickly corrected after contacting customer service. Informed me that both pairs might be on sale next week. Maggie phoned me and they were on sale. Popped in with receipt and they credited me difference. Definitely going back!
