We went very close to the closing time, yet the associate was helpful in attending to our needs. When the product we were looking for was not in stock he went beyond his way and came back with possible options of getting the product delivered in a few days. I had purchased a pair of OnCloud shoes that ended up ripping, and instead of just leaving it at that, he suggested I contact OnCloud directly. Thanks to him, OnCloud refunded me for the defective shoes, and I was able to purchase a brand new pair. It's so rare to come across customer service like this these days, someone who genuinely cares about helping rather than just making a sale. My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience at Browns at STC! We originally went in looking for a pair of Converse sneakers, but after speaking with the staff, we ended up ordering the Converse 70s to be delivered to our home. They took the time to explain the difference between the styles and recommended the 70s because they’re more comfortable, which we really appreciated. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. We were even offered water while we shopped, and every team member was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about how kind everyone was! She was so impressed that she keeps saying her sister needs to go in just to experience the amazing service herself. 😂 Thank you to the entire team for making our shopping experience such a positive one. We were there on 2 July evening, the gentleman in a blue shirt is very helpful and thoughtful. We wanted to find a size 9 crocs, at the time, we were not sure if the size 10 or 9 is better. He still went to search for all the other Browns that had the size 9 for us first without us asking. Turns out, we found it in Fairview Mall and bought the size 9. This weekend being apart of the holiday shopping season, the stores are crowded and chaotic, as the season warrants. My husband and I stepped into brown with goal in mind. 1 timberland butter boots. We left with moon boots, cross and Tim's. Excellent customer service by the store manager who exceeded our expectation. A pair of boots for my daughter was purchased online and unfortunately did not have a very long life expectancy due to a ripped seam. The brand is known for it's durability and surprised by such an issue. The store manager explained that it wasn't to be worn in the winter (which it was) and still replaced it for us. We are so grateful for her assistance and will be sure to come back for future purchases.

I must have been appointed a work hubby!? A co-worker wanted me to look at shoes with her and we went into this shoe store located on the upper level of the Scarborough Town Centre. She quickly browsed the large brightly lit store, picked up a shoe, spun it around and returned it to the display. Repeat action. Repeat action. Let's go. I'll come back! Wow! Work hubby is fun and it only cost me my time and not my wallet!

A young girl who initially helped me through the phone and then in person named Karni, really makes me want to buy a shoe from the store everytime I go there just so I can be served by her.
