Adriana Girard is efficient and kind. She and her assistant took care of both issues during my appointment. I got there a little early. They took me in quickly and I was on my way home 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to originally start.

Dr. Girard was absolutely wonderful. I needed to get a growth removed under my eye, when I saw the needle I got extremely nervous, Dr. Girard and her assistant calmed me down and made me feel very comfortable. She’s gentle and explains everything so you can understand. I would definitely recommend Dr. Girard, she’s very compassionate and made the experience very comfortable.

Adriana is the best, she is so thorough, she cares and her bedside manner is like no other. I cried because i felt so heard. Having a chronic skin condition and not having relief because previous doctors have gaslit me and not listened at other offices it was like a breath of fresh air. So I just wanted to leave a review, I’ve been here twice now and the first time it wasn’t very packed but the clerical and nursing staff was very patient and pleasant to be around, respectful and caring and kind!! The second time it was pretty busy and almost packed to the gills and still they weren’t miserable and rushy like a lot of other Dr.s offices!! They make u feel like ur a priority and a lot of other places just kinda rush u along!!! My dermatologist is Grace Catena and she is the best!! I mean I haven’t used any other dermatologist there I’m sure they’re good too cause all the staff there r good but my dermatologist is the best!!! She doesn’t rush u she actually really listens to ur issue and works with u to find a solution!!! U can tell she cares about her job and actually helping ppl and that makes all the difference!! I was a little uncomfortable my first visit having to be almost naked in a gown and be inspected from head to toe and she didn’t make me feel awkward she’s very very professional and knowledgeable!! That’s why I gave this place and all the staff a 5 star review and that’s only cause there weren’t more stars lol

I currently am being treated with a severe allergy (maybe?) and Grace Catena worked with me. She really listened to me, despite my mom who is a nurse also asking questions and had amazing bedside manners. She always redirected back to me and spoke directly to me. I’ve had to see Grace several times this month and it’s been a pleasure to be a patient of hers. I’m confident she is able to help me and I felt she really cared about me and not just for the money. The staff, including doctors, was very friendly and organized. As a first time patient I was able to sign in very quickly using their iPad system, and I was able to see my doctor at my scheduled appointment time. I didn't really ask too many questions to my doctor while I was there, but I felt like I could have if needed. I didn't feel like I was getting rushed out of there. There's a decent sized parking lot for the building and the office is easy to get to once you enter. They have a TV that plays an informational slideshow about dermatology, which I thought was great. Did you know that putting sunscreen on your child can reduce their risk of melanoma by up to 40%? I didn't. But I do now!

Scheduled my very first skin exam with Jessica Zajac. From beginning to end, the exam was very thorough, done very professionally. The receptionist was friendly and kind. Jessica and her medical assistant ( I don’t recall her name, sorry) through their excellent service and procedures made me feel very comfortable . The front desk staff was very pleasant and they were able to fit my 8 yo daughter on the schedule the same day I called for an appointment as opposed to many other offices which didn’t have appointments til august. The office is very clean. We saw Jessica Zajac, the PA, who was very professional, sweet and knowledgeable. She took her time with my daughter and explained things very thoroughly. She made me feel at ease and gave me options to remove or not remove them. Even though I had to schedule a late appointment, she did not rush me out the door or hurry up in her diagnosis just because it was the end of the day. Edit: They called a few weeks ago and finally resolved the issue. Thanks again for correcting it, however please be careful with how you deal with these situations in the future. -- ORIGINAL REVIEW-- The details make me infuriated, but this company allowed us to make an appointment with them with a doctor that was in network. Then they referred us to another doctor for a follow up without telling us the other doctor was out of network (something you're legally supposed to do - they never did, never asked us to sign anything about the doctor being out of network, just did). The other doctor spent 2 minutes with us, and then sent us a $93 bill. I called Swieger Derm to ask them to resolve this. They said the billing dept would reach out to me to resolve this, and they never did, and sent me another bill.
