Today I visited the Robson location and was greeted by the manager, Sarvenaz. She was very friendly and had a beautiful smile. I went in to buy my usual Michael Kors pump that I’ve worn for years. She suggested I try the Wishbone style, which is similar. At first I didn’t want to, but she convinced me it was comfortable. I ended up ordering both the leather and suede! Thank you to Browns for carrying this exclusive brand(that’s what Sarvenaz mentioned) and thank you to Sarvenaz for helping me find the perfect replacement for my old shoes.

Sarvenaz, the store manager, is one of the happiest, most supportive, and patient people you’ll ever meet, she truly makes the shopping experience enjoyable. And Nejila (NJ) is absolutely amazing! I’ve recently bought two ON Cloud shoes. When I visited Browns on Robson Street, I found they didn’t have my size in stock. Fortunately, Ali was incredibly helpful. He showed me everything they had in-store, including Hoka brand which I havn't heard about, and took the time to explain the differences in sizing. When I mentioned that my ON Clouds felt a little big, Ali explained how their sizing works. He then offered me different options of insoles, which instantly made my shoes fit perfectly! Although I didn’t purchase any shoes this time, Ali’s professionalism and knowledge left a lasting impression. I’ll definitely return to this store and recommend him to my friends. I usually go to Brown Shoe in Robson street to buy my favorite shoes. I had amazing experience with this store and their lovely staff especially “Mehrnaz”, she is very professional, detailed oriented and lovely. Special thanks to kind manager “Sarvenaz ” very talented and helpful. The customer service in this branch is outstanding, the arrangement of shoes in shelves are so nice so I found exactly what I was looking for. Today, I had a chance to visit brown shoes in Robson Street to buy a pair of shoes for my wife. We met a lady that her name is Mehrnaz. She welcomed us very warmly in store, Mehrnaz brought my wife several pairs of shoes to try them. Mehrnaz explained us in detail about each of shoes with patience, her detailed information helped us to buy right shoes in my wife’s favourite colour. I never seen someone in other similar stores that has similar extensive knowledge about shoes in all brands. Mehrnaz is wonderful lady, definitely we will come back again to this store and ask Mehrnaz for help to buy another shoes.

I came in this evening to try boots I had ordered. Wanting to share the wonderful experience I had from a young lady by the name of Zizi and the manager Sarvenaz who was helping too. The reason I want to commend Zizi For taking the time to help get me find the right size Is because I paid for them prior through someone else & realize the folks that work there get a little something extra when they sell but Zizi went the distance to make sure that I was given everything I needed in order for the boots to fit proper. She suggested insoles because half a size up was way too big and the half a size down my toe was touching. All I could say is she nailed it 🙌🏼 The manager was bouncing around, making sure all the customers were looked after and was there for her staff the whole time I was there. It’s nice to see staff being supported by their manager 😎 Both the manager and Zizi should be treated to a nice lunch.

There are various shoes. I got shoes from Hoka( Clifton GTX). It looks so nice and comfy. Staffs are very helpful and focused; especially shoot out to Parsa, so he helped my shopping went smoothly and I chose my favourite shoes. If I wanna buy some things more, I’ll definitely come back again.

I casually asked Sofiia Piskun about whether she knew about how to clean new balance shoes when I was with my family. She not only knew everything about it but even went as far as showing my entire family a demonstration on cleaning all of our shoes. I was in search of comfortable shoes for an upcoming trip and Ali was attentive to my needs, providing multiple options that were both stylish and comfortable, perfect for the amount of walking I would be doing. Ali possessed extensive knowledge regarding the qualities of each shoe and was able to explain the differences in their make. He even demonstrated how to clean and maintain the shoes with their products, which I initially doubted until he used a cleaner on my shoe, leaving it looking as good as new. The manager, a wonderful lady, was also instrumental in helping me decide between the options presented to me. I recently returned from my vacation and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase at Browns. I look forward to buying more shoes from them in the future. This review is specifically regarding my latest experience with Browns Robsons. I have purchased shoes from this store on several occasions and I have always had a very good experience. My husband and I wanted to buy a winter boot for my mother in law for her birthday. We looked at few options on Browns website but since we were out of the country and we wanted to buy a boot that my mother in law would like, we decided to call the Browns Robson and put couple of shoes on hold so my mother in law can try them and choose what she likes. The process of putting the shoes on hold by phone call was very straightforward. After we put the shoes on hold, we asked my mother in law to go to the store and try the shoes on. My mother in law is usually shy and is not comfortable going to unfamiliar places but upon arrival to the Browns Robson, she was welcomed by the store manager and one of the sales associates (Ali) who helped her try the shoes we had put for her on hold. The store manager and Ali took time to make her feel comfortable and choose a winter boot that works for her the best. She has been using her winter boots during the past week with the extreme cold temperature and snow and is very happy with both the boots and her experience at the Browns store. Thank you for helping us choose a perfect gift for my mother in law.

Browns is one of the better shoe stores in Vancouver, BUT I specially come here because of the store manager Sarvi. I have followed her to every Brown’s branch she goes to, because she makes shopping so easy and enjoyable! I am a long time customer, so she now has my size and knows my preference/taste. I have a very busy work schedule, so (at my request) when I am too busy to go see the new styles, she texts me photos of shoes that I might like – my pocket might not be happy, but I sure am!!! – LOL. It’s like having your own personal stylist/shopper. She isn’t pushy either, which I love! If something looks good or bad, she is honest – I appreciate that! Anyhow, do yourself a favor and next time you are in the market for a new pair of shoes, go see Sarvi at Browns Robson.

I recently experienced outstanding customer service from Julian at the Browns store on Robson Street. I’ve always like the range of shoes at Browns but it was Julian’s outstanding service that impressed me most. He was great at building rapport, he listened carefully to what I was looking for in terms of style and comfort and brought out various option for me to try, all of which were good options, based on his careful listening. He obviously has good taste and I respected his opinions on which shoes looked the best. He was also concerned about comfort and the quality of fit. I was so impressed with Julian that I walked out the store with two pairs instead of one! I teach marketing and sales training and would rank Julian as an outstanding salesperson and a pleasure to work with.

I like shoes, it is my nature, and I like all high end brands, BUT i never paid extravagantly to the stylish shoes. I visit Browns, especially this one, they have beautiful shoes, and most importantly their customer services and the lady shows you and explain what they have or not, is extremely courteous (I wish I could remember her name) Their price is fantastic and so affordable. The only thing i hate about it, most of the time the size I want, is out of stock!

My wife brought in a pair of winter boots that she purchased three months ago since a small tear (about 1/2 inch long) had developed along the seam near the top of the boot where the faux fur trim was attached. The Manager took a look and immediately said he was sorry about that and ordered a replacement pair from their warehouse (no charge). An hour later my wife rec’d a call to inform her that the shoes were sent over to the store from the warehouse and she could come in anytime to make the exchange. Now that is what I call Excellent Customer Service!

I had a fault in a boot I bought 11 months ago (I live in Australia) and came back on my next visit to Vancouver to see if there was anything they could do to help me. Well to say I was surprised is an understatement. They went above and beyond to sort out the issue, very much to my satisfaction. I couldn't recommend this store more highly. Brand new store on Robson Street. Apparently it's their new flagship store. This is the location that I've started frequenting the most, aside from the Pac Centre store and the Oakridge Mall store. Yes, I get some of my kicks from here. Dress and casual shoes. They are more expensive than Aldo and the quality is much higher. It's hit or miss at Aldo and shoes may last only 8 months before they start to fall apart. If you're lucky and you take care of *certain* shoes from Aldo, they can last up to 3-4 years Here it's much better. Construction wise and quality. Expect to pay a premium. If you can wait for a sale, they have killer deals. That's what I do. I got a Kenneth Cole leather bag for 40% off, less than $100. Lacoste casual shoes less than $100 I'm waiting for another sale for a pair of black Luca Del Forte chukkas. They're stylin! Shine them, take care of them, and they'll last a good 5-10 years depending on frequency of wear. Now if I could only stop staring at a pair of longwing, non-brogue shoes at Fluevog......
